My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. The doctors determined she needs supplemental oxygen as her untreated level was 62%. These pictures show the condition of the used oxygen concentrator that was delivered to her. Pictures are worth a thousand words.

Megan is incredibly helpful as well as another person in the office who handles billing. A couple people at this office will go out of their way to help and seem to care.Unfortunately it can be very difficult to get a hold of people calling the general number - it's hard to tell if there is a problem with the phone system or if people are hanging up at the beginning of a call.

The local office has been relatively helpful, but the customer service, billing, and shipping experiences have been a nightmare. I've received and been billed for incorrect supplies, never received refunds when I have returned them, and waited months for the correct supplies. I'm shocked the company still has any clients. And when you need to speak to someone, good luck getting through.

They always have awful customer service. Especially in the last couple of years. My MIL has so many problems with them. She should have already changed companies but she been so sick it's hard on her.

I just started with this company.. Boy do I wish I would have read all the complaints on here before coming here... I pray my experience here is better than everyone else's BC I won't put up with their be. I will post with my first experience.

If I could give less I would. Waited over 7 hours for 2 tanks to be delivered to hospital for transport home. Called several times and was left on hold and then disconnected. They took my number but never called me back.

This company is the worst possible medical supplier you could use. I am without my replacement CPAP machine, so far it has been 3 weeks. I was in the hospital having surgery when my old one went out. I contacted Lincare from the hospital about replacement. I still have no machine. Trying to recover from surgery with no more than 2 hrs sleep at a time without my machine has been detrimental to my healing. If you can avoid using this company you should find anyone else for your supplies. I have been given the run around and lied to for weeks now.

I was having some issues using a piece of medical equipment Lincare supplied me a couple of months ago. Called them this morning and was given an appointment this afternoon. Saw Technician Jennifer, who resolved all my issues and provided a new piece of equipment. Very satisfied with this company' service

My 96yr old mother in lawneeds oxygen24/7.Her equipment is through Lincare.Her concentrator is malfunctioning. It's Sat afternoon.My wife has contacted customer service with no real answer or solutionNot hopeful this gets resolved quickly. If only the the CSR spoke better engl ish.

Fought and called these people for more than 2 weeks. Caught them in lies regarding insurance. Went to a competitor in Kettering that was incredible. Do NOT waste your time with these buffoons!

Over 2 years of being with this company, they are HORRIABLE- just recived a letting in the mail- almost a year after it happens, but there systems where hacked into?!? My daughters information was taken?!?! Her SS number, and all her personal information my 2 year old daughter?!!? we recived NO CALLS. NO INFORMATION about this stuff that was going in in September 2021- but just recived a letter about it on 6/17/22!!!!! LIKE WHAT
