Montgomery County Solid Waste is a service praised for its friendly and helpful staff, providing a quick and easy drop-off process for waste disposal. Customers appreciate the low costs and the free yard waste disposal, excluding tree stumps. However, some reviewers express concerns about the need for a separate entrance for household recycling and yard waste, as the current setup often results in long wait times. The site is generally easy to navigate, with clearly marked lanes for different types of waste, although there are suggestions for separate lanes for recycling materials to speed up the process. Despite some traffic issues and the smell associated with general waste, the overall experience is positive, highlighted by exceptional customer service, including assistance in special situations like retrieving lost items.
