I work with tow yards from time to time and the young lady who answered the phone was so pleasant. It was after hours for their business (office), so I had to get fees for the next business day and instead of them rushing me off the phone they took the time out to give me the information needed. We called for a tow truck at 2am and by 2:45am a wonderful gentleman name Ricky came to tow our car. Ricky had the car on the flatbed on less than 5 minutes and was ready to roll.
Parker Towing - I hope you know that Ricky is an asset to your organization, he is a wonderful gentleman than is personable and courteous. Very very hardworking and great with the customers.
Thanks Ricky for your great work and for making us feel very comfortable.

John is an excellent dispatcher. Alex did a super fantastic job towing my car across a difficult route with a ton of traffic, hills, and narrow roads. With such exceptional service in short supply, Parker's Towing is a MUST for your local towing needs.

I can see I’m the only one who got screwed by these people Must have been my day145.00 to tow from Dryden Rd area where they’re located to East Dayton???? Sandy’s was cheaper but unfortunately my young son didn’t know the woman in the office setting price was a crook!!!!NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS as I spoke to her polite and professional to see if the billing was a mistake NOPE!!! Hateful as hell

Great service, quick response, and low price. The person who took my call seemed genuinely concerned about me being stuck on the side of the road. Driver was friendly and helpful. I forgot to tell them my truck had a broken ball joint, so it took 2 drivers and some clever maneuvering to get me on the bed. I was expecting to have to pay more, but they didn't charge me any extra for all the hassle. Great family-owned business vibes. Hopefully will never need to be a repeat customer, but they will be my first call if I need towing near dayton.

Broke down heading to NJ from Colorado. The driver Bill was very professional , knowledgeable and positive when we needed it the most. I wouldn’t hesitate to call these guys. Seems like a small mom and pop shop with the kind of values more business should have. Thanks guys for your help

I was so very pleased with this towing company. I was stuck in a ditch & on top of a huge tree stump. The timing was 10 mns & had additional help from the owner. They got me out in 10 mns.Customer service is a plus with them. Well recommended 5 stars from me. I want to Thank you guys for all your help & kindness . Yall ROCK..

I cannot speak highly enough about Parker's Towing. Amazing customer service. There was an issue with the drop off at the repair shop and they took the extra time to make sure everything was right before they just left my car. This is the only towing service I will ever use.Service: Car towing

My car broke down 30 minutes outside of Dayton. Scott Parker, the owner, went above and beyond making sure that I was taken care of. This was on Labor Day weekend, and very hot. He’s professional and cares about people.
