Odd business for sure. No waiting area and difficult to communicate with the owner. I was told that both of my wheels were bent, so I paid the $100 per wheel to repair. Got the car back and still was having vibration issues. Once I changed my tires, the vibration stopped. Basically nothing was wrong with my wheels. I just needed new tires. They should've told me this instead of charging me to straighten 2 wheels. PLUS, THEY LEFT A HUGE GREASE STAIN ON MY DAMN DOOR PANEL!!! I'll go elsewhere next time. The office was FILTHY too!

I don't know whether these guys do good work or not but they sure as hell don't know how to handle their business. They must be so damn busy that they can't even take the time to respond to inquiries about their services. If you expect some kind of a reasonable response in a reasonable amount of time don't bother with these guys.

I was recommended by the Tesla service center for them to fix my rim that had some pretty bad rim rash. I couldn't be any happier with the result. Looks brand new. I even asked Todd right before I left for a box so I could ship it to myself when I drive back to California and he came out with one that fits perfectly. Couldn't be anymore thankful for him helping me out.

Wheel looks BETTER than new. Outstanding craftsmanship for very reasonable cost. Perfect color match with OEM paint. They even dynamically balanced the wheel. Very highly recommended.

I had two bent rims on my Tesla Model 3 that caused a slight vibration in my steering. Instead of replacing the bent rims, Tesla Service referred me to Todd and Rimworks. They did a fantastic job and were very affordable. My bent rims were fixed in a day and the vibration is gone. Would strongly recommend!

Hard to get ahold of. Very little to no customer service. The gentlemen will answer with one word answers and give rolls for any questions you have

Outstanding job. He did my 87 Monte SS rims. They are unbelievable and look better than a new NOS rim. Highly recommend!

Had a pitted and rusted wheel that was not allowing a tight seal on tire bead. Rimworks went above and beyond trying to repair it (more than once), then did not charge me because they could not get it done to their own satisfaction. Professional & trustworthy- would not hesitate to refer them or return in the future.

Service was paramount. I would recommend anyone needing work done to see them first!

I’ve had about 5 sets of wheels refinished by them. The first few went pretty well. Well enough to tolerate Todd’s lack in customer service. It’s definitely leaves something to be desired. He eye rolls harder than my wife and daughter combined. Had some major problem recently with service and quality. One wheel didn’t color match, another didn’t have any clear coat on it. Received a bent wheel from a seller, who was going to refund me the cost if I could show him the rim spinning bent. Ask for a quick video from Todd his response, “no”. Almost took my business elsewhere but gave them one more shot. Came in to get the same color they provided last time on another couple wheels, came to pick it up and there was dust bits everywhere, the paint was thin, irregular and honestly looked terrible. I asked Todd about it and he said quote “wheels are only new once, not sure what you were expecting”. I left knowing this was going nowhere. Took them to BMW for mounting and literally got laughed out of there. They asked me if they were rattle can painted. They wanted to know who did the work so they can be sure to never let their customers go there. I obliged. Gave Todd one more shot to fix them and he said again quote “ bring them back in, I’ll curbed rash them up and give them and your money back.” They can do good work if they feel like it, but you can’t hold them to it. Todd’s attitude is not worth it though, guy has a serious chip on his shoulder. Picture for reference of one successful wheel they painted and what the color/texture looked like this last time.
