My son broke down in his Jeep, and was able to limp it into True Care’s parking lot. The folks that work here diagnosed the problem immediately, and gave him a very reasonable price. In his situation, being stranded, it could’ve gone a whole different direction. The part was going to take a few hours to arrive. My son found the part within an hour round trip. The owner gave my son his car, and let him bring his own part back to install, because it was going to save my son 2 hours of his time. They installed the part, and it corrected several issues. These are very trustworthy AND knowledgeable folks. 5 stars!

Had car trouble while on a trip. True care got me in within hours. Were very honest and did what they said they would. Bonus was very nice waiting area with TV and clean bathrooms.

Amazing service! These guys are honest and no nonsense. They make the right recommendations and don't overcharge. Tony is awesome! Although car repair is never fun, True Care makes the experience pleasant.

I took my new truck in because my breaks were squeaking. After taking it apart they noticed the break pads were on wrong.
Instead of just selling me new break pads they were able to fix the issue SAVING me HUNDREDS of dollars. Great customer service and professional mechanics!

I’m very grateful for the men here at True Care Auto Repair. I’ve been having issues with my car shaking severely so I went to my old mechanic were they scammed me out of $1000 without fixing the actual issue. The guys here found the proper cause right away. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me how my car has so much life left. Not only did they fix the problem that was causing me so much stress, they got me in the same day as my phone call, AND I felt that they had true compassion for their customers. I will be coming back here for my next service

My bolts on my license plates were so rusted in, that I couldn't take them off to install my new ones. I called True Care, and they were really nice to deal with. They got me in an out in 15 minutes! They were so courteous and professional. I'll definitely bring my car back! Thanks guys!

Took my truck to them in early November because we thought the spark plugs needed changed. They didn't change the plugs, instead said it was our transmission and half a dozen other things. It turned out not to be our transmission, but our fuel pump driver module, after we replaced that, we took it back to TrueCare and they did our spark plugs and ignition coils. Truck runs smoothly and like it should.

It’s refreshing actually being treated as a person in a mechanic shop! They’ve been so helpful in getting my car back in shape from the last mechanic (that did more damage than repair); all while trying to help me find quality used parts since I’ve been in a rough financial spot. I can finally say I actual have a mechanic that I trust and go to for any issues!
