I have utilized VEI for many services on several of my vehicles. I have always been more than satisfied and very, very pleased.
Most recently I took my new vehicle in and when I picked it up I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work that had been preformed. I discussed my concerns with Jeremy and clearly my overall satisfaction was his main concern.
My situation involved a third party vendor making the solution a bit more complicated. Jeremy not only took the initiative to coordinate the work with the third party vendor but he checked on my vehicle several times during the process.
I have my new vehicle back and it looks beautiful. The inconvenience of being without my vehicle was well worth the outcome.
If only all business owners would provide the customer service Jeremy provides, life would be easy!!!!!
Try VEI, they won’t disappoint.

Called to get prices. Refused to even give me a ball park figure. Website is very misleading. Tells me one thing that’s completely different than what they advertise. Very sketchy company. They’re definitely overcharging like other detail shops

Shirley Richardson my experience with this company has been above exceptional it is an excellent establishment. The gentleman Darius who took care of me was, a gentleman, kind and his approach, knew his job quite well. Has good suggestions and reliability. He did just what he said that he was going to do to my vehicle. I've been dealing with this company for years before the pandemic. I have never left disappointed. The car was in Immaculate condition when I left from the establishment. Darius went beyond the Call of Duty to ensure that I was satisfied customer. Thank you very much we need more people like you Darius. You are an asset to this company seriously. Thank you for sharing your skills with me.

I was blown away when we brought our first two cars to the team at VEI. Their service is outstanding--you will be hard pressed to see there attention to detail anywhere. As a former detailing hobbyist, I easily find missed spots on detailing jobs. It didn't happen here! Amazing team here and they know their craft. Their passion and energy shows! Do not patronize this business!!! They are rude and the work is subpar!!! I have been here many times with mixed results but the last 2 times were the worst. When I complained I got nothing but attitude. I said to him he was going to loose a costumer he said he didn’t care he didn’t need anymore! Wow! We brought a 20 year old Lexus that had low mileage, but was smoked in and VEI Detailing did the most AMAZING job!
