“So having battery trouble with my vehicle. I went into the shop and set up an appointment to check the charging system. I might have scheduled a little longer than I should have but oh well that was my fault they could have got me in sooner. Went to appointment and the got me right in. Was able to check the charging system, advised me of my options. Ends up I had a remainder on the warranty on the battery. After diagnostic the battery was replaced all within 90 minutes. I was out the door with only the cost of the diagnostic test. Thanks to all the front line staff, and the technician that worked on it. They have out did themselves again.”

I can't state this enough but true Care Auto is phenomenal and they stand by their work! I recently came in to get all three drive belts replaced on my car, it's a 2008 Subaru outback in Canadian specs, So she's a little temperamental apparently.

but I called this morning about a concern that I had. they told me to come right in any time today.

when I told them what was going on they were quick to help and got my issues solved expeditiously and courteously!

I will definitely be coming back and referring even more of my friends!

I can’t thank this store enough. I originally went next door to Tire Discounters where they took advantage of me and installed the wrong size and type of tire. Lost all my valve caps. And messed up my TPMS system. Went next door to Discount Tire where they installed the right tires and took the time to help me with my problem. Matthew one of the assistant managers was so friendly and so willing to help me. Josh the store manager sympathized with me. Stopped what he was doing to help me. Told me that they could’ve ruin my transmission and went as far as double checking the TPMS AND added in the comments of the receipt, that i had wrong size tires. So hopefully I can get my money back from Tire Discounters. I’m 20 know nothing about tires but Josh walked me through everything including the TPMS calibration. He went as far as giving me credit advice since i’m young. If your like me clueless about tires. Or simply got your first car. Take it here to Discount Tire where Josh and his team. Will get you right no matter what! Can’t thank him enough. Made my WHOLE YEAR. Now i can fully enjoy my car.
