My pharmacy closed their doors here in Mt. Gilead. What the employee's shared was terrible to hear. Our medical profile was transferred to Kroger's. I've used Kroger's here before and I hated the way they treated people. Now I'm stuck with them again and already they are treating me poorly because of my medications. I won't mention her name but she's already called my doctor. If they were meant to be doctors they wouldn't be working in a pharmacy! So mind your own business and keep your noise out of mine!!!

What kind of policy won’t allow you to get your prescription that makes you miss a dose? I’ve been taking this medication since my head injury and never have I been made to feel the way they did when I went to pick it up the next day AFTER it was called in. If your prescription falls under the narcotic category beware they will treat you like an addict and tell you they don’t have to have your prescription ready till 11 because it’s their policy. Regardless if you’re missing a dose you was scheduled to take that am. Seriously how are they controlling the drug epidemic by not allowing you to pick up the day you run out instead of making you actually run out and NOT permitted to pick up until 11! Never again for me changing pharmacies not that this Kroger will care…

I have never been so disapointed as to have a problem with a prescritpion and no help from the pharmacist ' and refused to call the doctor's office . Never again will I return to get my medication to this Krogers. To see a person go a day without pain medication because a date is wrong and do nothing about it , is mean and uncalled for , you could have fixed it !

Drive through not always open due to lack of staffing. When they are open be ready to wait. Always have the prescriptions I require, staff kind and helpful. Prices are higher than other pharmacies. You get 50 points for gas with your prescriptions.

If a policy has changed I feel they should apologize genuinely as a policy just changed and due to that policy is the reason a prescription can't be filled on a 28 day as it used to be and now it is on 30 day. The direct answers with no empathy in their tone gives you a feeling that they portray you a certain way. Unknowing what your circumstances are or the reason that the doctor prescribed you the medication you still feel judged and the words that they use and how they answer you back. Another issue is getting certain medications only at 11:00 a.m.. as if a client and or patient can't have their medication before 11:00 a.m. even though they are due for it. There are people that are hard-working citizens such as myself, that are not able to pick up their prescription after 11:00 a.m. due to having a job. I'm sure many other have different situations where they have to go without their medication all morning because of this so-called policy that they have. When getting a prescription refilled the customer needs to be explained to on why it has changed and what is going on with an uptone voice. I personally am I hard-working citizen have children I take care of and am a great mother. I'm currently going to school and working a full-time job. I don't need to be felt downgraded to get my medication because of the type of medication that I need. Even though they don't physically say those words the tone that they use and the direct voice that they bring at you is insulting.

I called and asked for batteries from customer service she yelled at me said she will not look for them she does not have time! She then hung up on me! I called back talk to grocery she yelled at me went and looked for the batteries said they don't carry them I said thank you she yelled yup and hung up on me! Really guys really? I've never felt so disrespected worst Kroger ever they definitely need new and respectable employees clearly! My advice to you is don't ever call them because they do not have time for you and they don't care what you want or need no matter what it is! My advice to them is if you don't like your job or your life then step it up and fix it you are what you make it!

I don't think I ever really had a problem at this Kroger ! A few times they really didn't have any registers open but it wasn't that big of a deal. The employees I would ask for help 10/10 were professional, listened to what I said and told me where to go some of them even brought me over to it. Keep up the good work !!

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. TWO YOUNG KIDS CHECKING ME OUT,I ASK FOR PAPER BECAUSE OTHERWISE IT IS ALL OVER THE BACK OF MY TRUCK. FIRST ONE OF THEM SMARTED OFF ABOUT THAT. THEN EVERY OTHER WORD WAS THE F WORD. I DID SAY SOMETHING TO THE MANAGER AND HEARD HER KIDDINGLY SCOLD THEM. I KNOW HELP IS HARD TO FIND BUT I WOULD DO IT MYSELF BEFORE I HAD A CUSTOMER INSULTED. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER RETURN. GUESS THEY DONT NEED MY MONEY.

Never going back. Always screw up my daughters prescription. We have to wait over a hour and a half every time we go. This place is ridiculous.

Don't schedule for a covid-19 vaccine unless you're dying. Being in group 1B (but only the medical part not the age group) they won't see you. I have tried three times now.

Their staff ignores covid19 protocols! RUN AWAY! The management is asleep. With covid19 spiking. Workers have masks under their noses, or on their chins. No repercussiins. Do yourself a favor and drive to Meijer in Marion. Never seen one of their well manged staff without a mask on. Not worth risk shopping at this terribly managed store.
