I absolutely love the Mt Gilead, OH Krogers! The employees are all so friendly and helpful. Though I have to give extra special compliments to Izik and Sonya specifically. They both go above AND BEYOND to jelp customers. I have ceased going to the other two nesrby Krogers locations, simply because of the staff in Mt Gilead.

Meat department Kyle is a rock star. Best kroger employee i have ever came in contact with. Was very helpful answered all my questions and did so with a smile.

The last two times in a row that i purchases groceries here, i got expired nasty food that they're selling. The last time it was 4 days expired chicken leg quarters and they smelled terrible. This place should be investigated or put out of business at this point. Do better.

Wouldn’t advise no one of color shop at this location.i walked in to do a return didn’t even greet me and made up policy’s that don’t even exist just to not do the return, I drove 30 minutes to another location and they returned with no problem.I wouldn’t spend a dime at this racist location

I won't usually shop this store. I have seen and even had bad experiences with some rather rude employees. Some of these employees should have been fired after a few short months. These employees have been in that store atleast 15 yrs and longer, some who are or were department managers, assistant department managers mostly and a handful of regular employees. Some of these managers should not be in management at all, they do not know how to be a responsible manager and treat their employees correctly. Seems like they are lazy alot of the time as well.This would be in Deli, Bakery, Grocery and Meat department mostly. These employees would include Amy, Leann, John, Marie, Brandy in Customer Service. Some others who are just regular employees who are rather rude at times or quite often would include Annie in Bakery. As for some nicer employees who work like crazy those employees would include Tracy, Jennifer, Joe in Dairy, Gayla, Phyllis, Cathy. I wish I had some other names but I didn't get the names of other employees in the store. I do know some people who worked in that store and decided to quit or move to another location they had or still have PTSD mostly over working in that particular store.

Bill stocking freezer went above and beyond to go get something from the back I wanted and the guy bagging was bagging 2 lines and for the most part keep up as busy as they were.
