They're super people. Unbelievably friendly, very good with Cat (way better than me), the price is great, and they know what they're doing. I'd trust them with my animals.

This place is a joke, anymore. We use to love it and we made it out regular vet clinic for almost 4yrs. After today, and paying $50 for a nail trim and the newly added "vet visit" price, we'll be looking elsewhere. It's such a shame...bc my dogs were comfortable here. Word of advice, if you want to keep the business going and not lose your lifelong clients, get your front desk people some training on professionalism in the workplace. I don't know how many times I've been there and feel like such a nuisance or a burden to them. I understand people have bad days, we all do. However, the attitude is all the time and heaven forbid you even ask a simple question. Also, the vet is extremely rough when examining your animal. She was a couple times with mine, but I let it slide bc I felt she knew what she was doing. (Not so much) If I could give anyone 5 stars, it would be McKenna. She is the ONLY one who seems to give a shit for clients and the well being of their pets. She is an example of professional. Sadly, we will be going to another vet in town from here on out.

After doing blood tests on my 8 year old cat, they told me he has kidney failure. They sent me home with him along with a bag of fluid and syringes. They failed to mention that he would die in the next 5 hours.
Be real. Be direct. Do not give false hope. They could have kept him. They could have offered euthanasia. Instead they let him suffer. Why ever put an animal in this position? Why hold me responsible for saving him? This was cruel and inhumane to say the very least.

I really want to say great things about this place because their prices are fair and they’ve been around awhile but I don’t think this place should be open anymore or should get a new veterinarian. The vet can’t get around has to use a motorized wheel chair. So she can’t really reach anything and tried to drag my extremely sick cat out of his crate by his neck! No temperature was taken and she could hardly handle him well enough to properly assess him. She misdiagnosed and to me it’s out of pure laziness or lack of modern education/technology or maybe personal health issues. Her summary was “ there’s nothing you can do but change his food” and implied “let him die”… I of course took him to a modern vet in my area and the bloodwork showed so much more than what she said. I even told them to do all the bloodwork testing she had available I said to do X-rays as well and she just didn’t.
She told me she could retire but doesn’t like “sitting around at home so I still come in”.
You’re selfish. Go home. retire. Your work is neglectful and incomplete. Plus you handle hurt or sick animals in a way that is uncalled for. If I’d listen to her I’d just have sat here buying expensive food watching my cat die.
Shame on you. Also when I first got there on time for my appointment they put me in a room so cold I was shivering the entire time… well past my apt time someone came in and made me go to another room that didn’t even have anything I could sit on comfortably. The entire experience was just really uncomfortable and I didn’t even get real results.

I regularly take my cat here to get shots and they are extremely quick and kind. They communicate wonderfully and I appreciate how compassionate they were with my cat. The prices are amazing and very reasonable.

We are long time customers. I went to get oral flea and tick, through the vets website. Ordered and never received it or a message that my order was canceled due to the animal needs to be seen. Great! New policy per the pharmacy, according to the vet. So, $130 or so for the meds and $43 for an office visit? No thanks! Sounds like a money grab!

I just left here. This clinic is really unprofessional. Please read this before taking your pet here. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment, and had even received my records from my old vet. Very disorganized. The vet techs were ok at best. The vet is an older woman who has difficulty getting around. She has to use a power chair, which scared the dogs, and impedes her mobility when treating the animal. She was so rough with my animals, she seemed to have trouble with dexterity when giving the shots. I have never seen such a rough jab given at any other vet. My little dog nipped at her after the initial rough stick, and the second shot was then given even more roughly. My other little dog fell off the exam table. I was trying to hold him while holding my other dog, while the vet tech didn’t seem to know what the she was doing. I just hope my dogs are ok. They were a bit traumatized and were visibly scared after leaving. They have been to other vets and never reacted that way. The one hasn’t stopped whining since we left. Such a mistake to go there. The vet should have retired or possibly hired another vet that can help with the tasks that are needed to be performed. I would never go to this facility again. They also looked them over but barely, no temp taken (I’m not sure the vet could have physically done that), and I had to get their weights myself. I've never seen anything like it, so unprofessional. Terrible care from all involved. Possibly time to get help or hang up the stethoscope. I’ll never take my dogs here again. I felt heartbroken I put them through this. Hopefully my dogs will be ok after this visit.

I have been bringing all my pets here, both dogs and cats for years. The staff have always been nice and polite. When any of them got shots or had surgeries, after they come home they would always call the next day to see how they are doing. As for doc Mooney she is one of the best vets around!
