The staff is great & friendly too. I'm comfortable leaving my dog here for their dental cleanings and the pricing is very reasonable!

We had 5 dogs that went to this vet, so they saw us all the time. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this vet. They could NEVER remember who I even was!!!And then one time I brought a new puppy in there, and they talked to me like I was dog stupid. It was incredibly insulting. Not to mention because I spent so much money there and they couldn’t even remember who I was or my dogs. Or that I had dogs. Then one day they told me that my male had an abnormally large testicle, which he didn’t, and suggested I neuter him. He’s a champion show dog, and they knew I was about to breed him. They seem to be very anti-breeder.We don’t go there anymore .

Dr. Adam understood our concerns about our dog. He was very informative, polite, and he did not try and push us into unnecessary treatment. All of the staff that we spoke with was very genuine and kind. I highly recommend Maple Run Veterinary to anyone looking for a new Vet.

I took my puppy his name was Rocky to the vet on Wednesday 12/6 to get help. I didn’t have a lot of money at the time a lady was kind enough to pay forty dollars towards my bill. But I did get paid the next day I asked if they could hold my card information to charge my bank card in the morning on Thursday. They refused to do that so they didn’t run more tests said if he doesn’t get better by Friday to come back. I worked all weekend 12 hour days 7am-7pm so I was unable to take him back. As a result of them putting money before an animals needs Rocky died Saturday 12/9. The photo with the red towel is the last picture of him he died right after that my 14 year old daughter and 13 year old niece was there holding him until he passed. I tried to make an appointment for a puppy that was givin to us but they said that im no longer welcome back to maple run vet.

This place is soooo rude. You can never get a call in and when you do they people who answer are so rude to you. They are never open and don’t care at all. All your pets are is just a paycheck for them. Sad that everyone treats you rudely

After many mishaps and chances I decided to leave Maple Run . Staff are not caring or friendly towards you or your pet . You would think staff would be kind if they decided to specialize in animals . Canceled appointments from maple run due to illness , when there is more than one vet working there . Refused to sell me trifexis for my dog after I was told I could purchase it on the phone. Staff did not offer any flea and tick prevention in the mean time until a heart worm test could be done . Save yourself the trouble and find another Vet . Sorry , Martha .

A time that was supposed to be dealt with compassion and care was met with disrespect and arrogance from the vet tech I’m sure we all know who. Slamming the door because we did not answer the question how she wanted. The VET, Dr.Mooney, already knew of why we had to put down our 11 year old yorkie who had oral cancer. I would never recommend this place to anyone after this experience, when the Dr. chose to make an excuse for the vet techs actions, words and attitude problem. When a family is euthanizing their pet, you should be able to put your own pride aside. Never ever go into Hospice vet tech!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this place. My last visit I was met with nothing but attitude. I went in with my puppy for her finally vaccinations. Mooney comes in and gives her the shot and immediately turns around. As this is my first puppy I had some questions. I asked for a second and told her my question she ROLLED her eyes and acted annoyed I was asking her. Then tried to turn around again before I was finished. I asked her one more thing again met with attitude. I didn’t ask any other questions as it was clear she was annoyed by my presence. This place is a joke and prices are beyond high. It’s honestly time Mooney retired at this point especially with the way she acts.

The WORST vet experience! Zero kindness for our 9-week-old, one pound Chihuahua during an emergency exam. The woman handled him carelessly, proclaimed his injury was a minor sprain, and didn't offer any x-ray or pain management. We just took him to our regular vet (Prothman), who did an x-ray and found out that our puppy actually has a broken tibia. Zero stars wouldn't encompass the absolute lowest rating that I could give this place, or the woman who's clearly past her ability to properly care for animals.

I adopted a dog thru the Morrow County dog shelter several years ago. I was able to take her home but she still needed to be fixed. Maple Run was the vet associated with the Shelter. I dropped my new furr baby off in the morning and picked her up in the late afternoon. She was seeping blood from her incision. They didn't seem to care. They offered no pain meds in conjunction with surgery so I paid extra for those. Any human or animal, after getting cut open for a major surgery, needs some form of pain management. I work in the Healthcare field so I knew what to do to take care of her and I took her to my local vet for follow up. Maple Run doesn't care about the animals...it seems they're more about the money. Would never use them again nor recommend them.
