Campground was pretty. We made reservations in August by phone. We had a large group and wanted to make sure we were exactly across the road from each other . We were also offered a larger spot with a bigger yard for an additional charge which would have been perfect for our large canopy we put up to eat our meals in. Upon arriving we found out that the spots we picked out were given to someone else in September. The people our spots were given to were camping there in September and were given a map of available spots which included the ones we booked in August over the phone and they booked them in person with the pick your spot feature and couldn't be moved even though we picked out those spots in August! We also found out the spot we paid extra for was not one of their larger spots and we never should have been charged extra! They did refund that money. We ended up having to move 2 of our units so we could be together. All we got was excuses that the woman who made our reservation had been fired for "doing things like this" and a $20 in store camp credit. Although the campground was very nice beware when making reservations if you call in and reserve a certain spot!

Disappointed in the one and only cabin they now rent. No heat so they provided one space heater. Very nice front desk person said she would check with manager about a partial credit but none was given.Cabin needs a good cleaning, some new fitted sheets (corners ripped on both, wouldn't stay in place) and blind repairs. From the teeth marks it looked like an animal found the blinds. No electric in one bedroom. Manager stopped by and found tripped breaker but couldn't help with heat. Said heat issue was known and repairman was scheduled for Monday. Cabin was 57 degrees inside on a sunny afternoon. Space heater placed in living area so heat could spread to both end bedrooms. Prior notice about no heat would have been appreciated.Several years ago we rented one of their mobile cabins with a loft, there were several at that time and very nice, those are no longer available.

Very nice campgrounds. Every campsite had plenty of space. The bathrooms were clean. The staff were wonderful. Love all the little things they did to bring everyone together.

Outstanding, new KOA! Coded gate security and beautiful grounds with amazing green space. The gravel sites are well spaced and the facility is huge, with options by a pond (only sites near a road.) Every site has a small concrete pad and fire ring, many trees; we enjoyed the location for sunsets and star gazing. Pool are and grounds were lovely; bathrooms clean and nice!Camp store was well stocked. Very quiet and peaceful. Our favorite KOA ever!

This park is so beautiful! There is always something to do. The Bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen at any campground! The bar drinks are to die for! 100000/10 recommend!Dog-friendliness: They have these awesome sites with their own dog pen on them! So cool!

This was our first visit and our first time out in this camper. The experience was amazing, the campground was very clean, the shower houses were nice and well maintained. Every part of this stay was great! The walking path was beautiful and one of my favorite parts of the trip. We’ll be back again!

By far the nicest campground we have ever stayed. Full hook up at most (maybe all?) sites. Level cement pads for easy set up. Some sites had high end patio furniture as well. The staff was amazing and always had fun things to do for kids and adults. Excellent heated pool, golf driving range, playground, bounce dome, top notch bathhouses (super clean!), full service bar and even live music on Saturday night. Kids activities like a foam party with free sno-cones, tie dyed tee shirt making, free cotton candy, free pancakes every morning, and much more. Fenced dog area. The store had every thing you need at reasonable prices. A must stay if you are traveling through Central Ohio.Playground: Great for the kids.Restrooms: Super clean bathhouses with showers. Individual shower, sink and toilet rooms.Dog-friendliness: Separate fenced dog area.

The staff here is AMAZING, the food, drinks, and activities were top notch. Our family received exceptional service for the entirety of our trip. The pool and facilities were very well maintained and clean. I would recommend this KOA to everyone. We had the best time and the staff made it even better!

This is a nice, new campground. We had a tent site (also used for small back-in campers), and it was big and flat and grassy. The staff and owners are great. I've never seen anyone at any sort of lodging place treat customers in such a caring, friendly way.The food is good, the pool and playground are solid. The little store is very useful, with reasonable prices. We had four little kids who had a fun time. We will probably come back. I know this place is still expanding; I'm excited to see what else they do with the property.

Check -in was very quick and friendly. It's a newer KOA so not a lot of shade but it's a great place to get away from it all! Good wifi too!

It is our new home away from home! This campground has turned into an amazing hidden jewel for this area! It started out pretty basic but when the new owners took over they turned it into one amazing place! The sites are great and roomy, and also have some cool upgrades available such as grills, patio furniture, and fenced in yards. They have a wonderful store and restaurant with good eats! The restaurant has a full bar and draft specials monthly! The fries are killer and they have fair lemonade too! Bottom line is this, the owners are great people that put the customer first and run an awesome campground that I love! They do a lot but they don't overdo it, remember it is a KOA holiday not a resort. Give them a try and you will love the place!

I have to give my two cents since that's all I've got left in my wallet after camping here! I'll start with the positives...great staff/super friendly and eager to please! Restaurant has good food... nothing fancy but good pizza and burgers. My negatives are first and foremost, the cost. Almost double the camping fees of the state park across the street and for what? No trees, no working pool (at this point), one small working shower house, construction dirt everywhere, gravel pads with dead grass as your camp site?! Now granted its full hook up with pull through convenience BUT until this campground is fully operational with ALL amenities working properly and available for use, they don't have any business charging full price!UPDATE:Salt water pool is open. Nice dog park, repairs to parking lot pot holes are complete, new basketball court, entrance gate and individual dog enclosures at a few select camp sites. Golf driving range open. Mining is set up in camp store for the kids. Adult wine slushies available in the restaurant. Billiards table in the restaurant as well. Both shower houses are open now. But with all that is a drastic price increase. Still no paved roads or campsite pads, grass is really rough in many spots. I understand this campground is still growing but I'm not happy about the price of a nights stay compared to many other resort level campgrounds. Bumped up to 3 stars.
