Store manager is only interested in her phone and the conversation being held on speaker phone. I don't want to hear how he's getting info her camel toe later that day. Absolutely disgusting.

Do not waste your gas or energy coming here. Every since the gm left, the store doesn't open when it says, it's 330pm and it's closed... dollar general has an outdated background system that is counting people out while applying for jobs who's felony is more than 10yrs old. Which is why they can't get nobody in here who actually NEEDS to work.
Instead they hire folks who hasn't got caught for stealing making our location dollar general the next to be taken from our community. But its easier to keep the money in their own pockets.
Just shut it down.

1 18 23...use of scan self serve limited to 5 items, but try finding help?On one hand the claim is shrinkage yet where are the people on the floor to help control it, limit it.Was in the other day and another customer and I hunted for help,discovered a person in an office area apparently unconcerned customers were queuing up.........12 23 23 2.44 pm. Ten deep in checkout line. Sign up that automated self check out closed.Stay away. I walked out.........12 9 23 4 pm. Lights on doors locked? Beginning to wonder how much longer...This: 12 2 23 clerk on duty at cash register, no one in line. I walk up to complete a purchase. Clerk says "I can't a customer is in the parking lot getting money to complete purchase."Who is training these folks? The clerk should have set that purchase aside, cancelled it rather than holding up a customer who IS ready to check out.And the store claims there is a shrinkage problem? Lol---------I like the store for convenience yet more than 50% of time the self checkout is closed.That's a real problem and I have raised the issue to the clerk/s. I'm told if there are not enough people to mind the place, they keep the self checkout out closed because of shrinkage.I'm the kind of customer that says figure it out, it's starting to be not convenient.

Never open always closed due to a inconvenience employee's are there Manger is but door is always locked they open whenever they feel like it and close whenever they want this place needs shut down horrible customer service I rate this store a zero

The manager opens when she wants! It would be fine if she puts a note on the door and say when she opens. She has an attitude for no reason and very unprofessional. If you don’t like your job get a new one ! That easy

Visited this Dollar General outlet on Hamilton Avenue and Adams Road, once since they newly opened. The store didn't seem to be very busy.The store had pretty good lighting. There were limited inventory or merchandise available. Didn't seem to have a lot of bargains or not too many expected dollar items. I have not visited since, probably because of no particular reason or probably due to finding not so inexpensive prices and even having some limited selections. You could probably find more selections and even get some good deals at Kroger.

SHOWED UP AND THE LIGHTS WERE ON BUT BOTH DOORS WERE LOCKED AND NO OTHER CARS IN PARKING LOT AND THEY WERE CLOSED! THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT A SIGN UP AND 3 OTHER PEOPLE SHOWED UP TO "TRY TO SHOP" BUT COULDN'T BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSED AND WHEN CALLED IT SAYS THE CALL CAN NOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED. NEXT TIME THEY NEED TO PUT A SIGN UP SAYING THERE CLOSED OR SOMETHING!
