This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a mechanic. Roger is so kind and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. My car was having a really unique issue and he went through so many things trial and error to try to find my issue. 10/10.

My favorite mechanic hands down! Roger is a great guy! If you're looking for an honest mechanic that knows what he's doing and won't tack on extra things that are not needed you've found him. He won't fix what isn't broken. If you bring him something you thought was wrong or someone told you was wrong, he is not gonna say he fixed that and charge you 3-4 hundred dollars for tightening a loose bolt or a simple fix like a lot of mechanics will do. I almost didn't want to tell you because he'll be booked up when I need my vehicle serviced😂. Honest knowledgeable mechanics are not common. Thank me later and tell him Nate sent you!

They should hire a receptionist that has people skills or customer service experience. The person who answered the phone was very condescending. Obviously if I’m looking for a mechanic I’m not a mechanic, no way to talk to potential customers.

Roger has always been there for me and always accurately diagnoses and is honest.definitely a family feeling when dealing with them. I will never take mine or my family mechanical issue anywhere else

Roger is great! Anytime I need my car repaired, he has been efficient and same day service. Pricing is also reasonable. He tells you what he did to diagnose your vehicle and then what is the problem and then a price quote. From the time I dropped my car off until it was done was only a few hours. Can’t ask for better. Definitely recommend!

I don’t typically write reviews, however, Tri-R Auto deserves a 5-star review for exceptional service and honesty. I had a pesky airbag light that popped on for no apparent reason. Roger tore everything apart and completed the diagnostics. He determined the code was for a seatbelt tensioner malfunction. After verifying the tensioner was working as intended, he reset the light. Tri-R didn’t charge me for the time he had investigating the problem. Other shady shops could’ve easily told me they replaced the tensioner and charged me for it. I will definitely be returning as well as referring others. Thanks again, you’ve earned a lifelong customer.Services: Vehicle Inspection
