I have used AEH for a few years and I have never been more disappointed. For 2023 unfortunately I was going through a divorce and the firm gave no professional tax advice and only needed to ask 1 clarifying questions about the separation which would have saved me at least 1k. For 2024 I had the ability to file head of household and they again did not provide any expertise and they said I owed $2,300 dollars. I had this reviewed with an experienced accountant and it turns out I am owed money from the IRS verse owing them. I confronted the owner, Chris about the matter and he did not offer to amend either tax return and he will not refund my $900 I paid for their services for both tax years. Chris was very unprofessional and said that they simple go off of what is provided by me so do not expect any value add from this firm to help save money or even a knowledge of simple tax laws. This firm took my money and cost me thousands of dollars, do not use.

I can't recommend AEH enough! Their streamlined payroll services have been a game-changer for our restaurant. The 'work today, get paid tomorrow' feature has really boosted our staff's satisfaction. Plus, their compliance and reporting services have saved us so much time and hassle. If you're looking for a reliable payroll solution, AEH is the way to go for sure.

I have been working with AEH and Chris for the past 6 years and he has been fantastic. I have had several accountants over the 13 years in business and he has been by far the best and helped fix things the others have done. AEH has been a wealth of knowledge for my chiropractic office and helped us navigate our finances as we grow. The amount of money they have saved me over the years by making sure to account for our expenses correctly has been so helpful. My books are always up to date making it easy for me as the owner and saving me a lot of time. The communication is much better than your typical accounting service and they understand small business! I know at the end of the day things are done correctly and the right way. AEH is the place to go!

Over 53 days, I reached out trying to request a P&L and to get more info on filing taxes. No one could help me…. The receptionist told me when I called in upset AFTER 2 MONTHS (the only time I talked to someone was when I CALLED IN) that “she did her job”. Her job she said was to “pass a message along” not to make sure the request was completed. I waisted my money, I was promised the moon when I signed up, only to not get the help when it was finally needed. I would NOT recommend this service for anyone. The owner told me over and over not to file my taxes with anyone only to never file them himself leaving me in a horrible position having to pay someone else to do the work I already paid him for… (seems like a reoccurring issue after reading poor reviews)

This company has been the worst to work with. No phone calls returned, no emails returned. Came down to the wire to get my taxes done and even though I paid them monthly to get my books done they were not. Now I have to pay someone else to catch up for taxes this year. Frustrating!

I've looked around for a bookkeeper and accountant I can trust, I"m glad that I finally found one that makes me feel like I'm their only customer. The people at AEH are truly the best in class. I personally recommend!

Chris has been such a BLESSING to our team. Since we started working with him in June 2019 we have seen great changes to our business. As a business owner in the fitness industry it’s tough wearing multiple hats and when we brought Chris on to help with the financial side it took a lot of stress and the unknown off of Casey and I. He is great at what he does and continues to lead us in the right direction. If there’s one thing that you want to make sure you are successful at within your business its your finances.
