“I was really in a bind because my furnace was needing repair and the temps are dropping with an arctic blast coming. Craig Family RV was the third company I called, after the first 2 were unavailable, and came out the next morning. Josh was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He isolated the problem quickly and said he would be back in the afternoon to reinstall my cleaned and repaired furnace. I am 40 minutes minimum from their shop where he took my furnace. All this for a very competitive and reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. Call them first.”

“I am so happy this place was recommended to me! Josh was very kind to me over the phone and was able to get me a quote on multiple services within an hour (and the work was as estimated). The price was lower than other shops, they were able to get me in quick and all the work was done within a day. They replaced both rear wheel bearings, brakes, rotors and my AC condenser. Danny in the shop was very communicative and contacted me before doing the additional repairs that were not originally seen but needed. Very happy with all that was done. Would’ve had a hard time affording all the work at any other place.”

“First, I will review the salesman: I will not purchase a car from him again. He was rude from the start. He was disrespectful to me and my Mom, who went with me. I never saw the car I was interested in. A ploy I assume to get me snagged into a more expensive vehicle. I negotiated new tires since the ones on it had little tread. He was irritated by this and decided to try and find another vehicle. He said he couldn't find another one and rudely asked me if I would purchase the car if he would add the the tires in the negotiation. I agreed. I was told to give it a week or two and service would call me to make an appointment. 2.5 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I called the salesman. He said he would look into it and call me back in the morning. I ended up having to call him that afternoon. This time he said he would call me back in 10 minutes. Again no return call. I waited until the following day before I called him again. I ended up having to call his manager. The manager was very helpful in getting the ball rolling. He was apologetic and in a few days I received a call from the salesman with an appointment with the service department and would have a loaner car for me as well. Which was great since I purchased a used car. He told me to pick up the keys to the loaner from him. He was nowhere to be found when I got there and nobody else knew what was going on. After about a half an hour another salesman showed up with the keys. When I went to pick up my car he again was nowhere to be found. It was another goose chase and another half an hour before I got my car. Now for the dealership review: the manager was great in resolving the problem. Because of the manager I would buy another car from them however as I said in the beginning I would not deal with that salesman.”

“If your in the market for a new vehicle, I would definitely go check Mt. Orab Auto mall out. This is the 2nd vehicle I've bought from this lot. Everyone is friendly and service is always efficient. Charles Cromer was a great salesman and very pleasant to work with.”

“Purchased a car at a dealership with a crease in the fender, the dealership tried to fix it, looked terrible, so they sent it to a body shop closer to them (Lexington), still looked terrible.
