I went to get my taxes done and if there was anyway for me to get screwed it happened. Only got 200 back and they charged me 130 for 10 minutes of work. What a rip off man

If I could give no stars I would. I don’t get a lot of money back anyways due to filing as single with no dependents. I dropped my stuff off instead of going and seeing a specialist in person and that could have been a mistake but, they seemed to have all sorts of issues with my w-2’s and called me several times that day questioning me about what months I worked where and for how long at each place… really had me wondering at one point if I was getting my taxes done or filing for food stamps. Then as the day continued they’re telling me oh it’s gonna be $164 for them to file my taxes for me, then another phone call told me it would be $184… just constantly trying to find fees for me to pay with my tax return ultimately making my return only be $55. I was very unpleased because as someone who doesn’t get back much already you should be trying to get me the most back that you can… not less. Will not be returning.

I've been coming here 3 or 4 years now. I was excited to see that they have a brand new building. The parking can get a little confusing, so just remember to turn just before the telephone pole. Jill and all of her staff are friendly and they know what they're doing. The new building looks great, and I was in and out in an hour or so. Just remember to be patient. Tax season gets very busy and these ladies are trying their best.

This review is multifaceted in that the tax professional was friendly, courteous, and helpful. She deserves five stars. The price was more than double what I thought it would be. I am astounded by how much it costs. I won't be using them again for that reason.
