Purchased gas, the pump wouldn't work so went back inside and the cashier said they have had issues with the pumps all day and the $ would be returned to my card. That could take 7 business days. She suggested purchasing more gas, but now what if i don't have $ to do that? I know lots of people that are in tough spots and that very well could have been a stranded situation for anyone. How about if the pumps aren't working shut them off or something? Warn customers BEFORE they pay so they can consider the risk. Unacceptable customer service.

I really appreciate your staff allowing me to stay here overnight in my bobtail tractor.
I'm just trying to get where I need to go and the weather wasn't having it.
I know it's not a truck stop, and I ain't out to dump my trash in your lot, or your trash bins.
I just really appreciate being able to get off this nasty highway and get a decent night sleep after a 2 day long nightmare through this winter storm from Charlotte North Carolina to Obetz Ohio.

I don't know why they installed a window if they close it all the time. Even if it shows that it's open you get smirk from the employees when they look at you then promptly ignore you..
