Leaving a restaurant late one night, my car wouldn’t start. I found this place on google and they were there in 10 minutes and towed my car back to my house. Hopefully I never need a tow again but will definitely use this place in the future!

Last Friday my girlfriend and I had to call for road side assistance, this tow company was sent to us. The driver acted as if it was a bother that he was there. He proceeded to try and tow my vehicle until we explained we needed air and if the tires didn't pump up then we would accept the tow to the shop near by. He put significant damage on my vehicle on the rims and the bottom of my front bumper. Instead of using the truck what it was intended for he took it upon his self to drive my car on the truck. Attempted to back the car up on the truck almost causing the front bumper to Crack or fall off. My girl friend had to tell him twice to stop. He turned the vehicle around and drove it up on the truck. I had to tell him to stop as he was getting his chains stuck under the front bumper. Terrible experience I've ever had with a towing company. Would not recommend. Someone needs to pay for the damages this driver made to my vehicle.

Last Friday my boy friend and I woke up to his two front tires flat, rim to the ground. We spoke with our insurance company. They advised us to get road side assistance so we did. The person we spoke with on the phone said they would have the person come fill the tires. 2 hrs later a man showed up, proceeded to get the truck ready to tow the car. We explained to him that we wanted to see if the tires was just flat so we asked if he would fill them up. He claimed he didn't have air in the truck. How is road side assistance not going to have air? I let him use my dad's air pump to which I didn't know it had fix a flat in it. He put it in the tire with out asking, said "oh its just like soap". It's like glue I can't get it out of the air pump. After a while we just agreed to get it towed to a shop near by. He tried to back up the car on the truck causing the front bumper to scrape against the ground. I had to tell him to stop twice. He turned the car around with BOTH RIMS TO THE GROUND and proceeded to drive the car up on the truck causing the front bumper to scrape even more. My boy friend had to tell him to stop, the guy had the chains stuck under the bumper. The rim covers are cracked and both the rims are damaged and bent. The guy clearly hates his job and has no respect for other people's property. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Jamey went above and beyond!! He did an exceptional job attempting to get my car running. It ran for a minute or two but it broke down before we could get it to the car service shop. Jamie efficiently got my car up on the tow truck and dropped it off.Get service!!

At 2am, this scared mom called Mount Orab Towing and Tristan answered the phone. I explained my 21yr old daughter was stranded on the side of the highway alone. He had a driver there within 10min. While the amazing tow truck driver (sorry we didn't get his name) was taking great care of my daughter, Tristan kept me informed step by step. Unfortunately, I had to drive 1hr 40min to get there, as all the shops were closed. The driver did try his best to fix the tire to get her on the road. It was not fixable, so Tristan and the great driver made sure my daughter was safe until I got there! 1) the response of service was excellent 2) went above and beyond to fix the car and tow it to a safe nearby shop 3) took amazing care of my daughter, ensuring her safety at 2am. They offered to stay by her side until I arrived. That's more than great service. That is kindness! I hope I never need you again but Mount Orab has a great business everyone should support! Thanks so much

I’ve used this company several times in the past and have nothing but good things to say about all of the guys. They took advantage of me being an elderly woman. Scammed me out of $200. My car wouldn't start. They claimed the anti theft that was installed was after market and not wired correctly. So they disengaged it but no they didn't. The anti theft icon wouldn't show on the dash if they removed it. My car is doing the exact same thing on not starting as when I had it towed there. After the car sat there 7 days I had it towed back home. Don't waste your time or money on this place. It's totally shameful to take advantage of a woman on SS. God sees everything

Thought I had to have my car towed. Called AAA and they sent Mt. Orab Towing. The gentleman checked it out and said he thought it was the battery. He jumped it and it started up. So instead of having towed to my mechanic I just needed to go get a battery. The driver was wonderful and even brought my garbage can down the driveway with him. Great service.THANK YOU!!!!
