No stars! Horrible! Dirty tires. Almost no soap sprayed. Just a rinse. I plan to get a refund and file a consumer complaint. Horrible!

I use this car wash often....however today, my car is still just as dirty as when I drove in. It was a total waste of $12 and no receipt. I am very disappointed.
