I’m a business owner and I have come to this branch to make deposits several times now… Every single time I try and make a deposit with multiple checks in the deposit, they have to scan the checks in on a machine… These machines that scan the checks never read the checks for the right amount.. so the teller has to go through and match the checks up and fix the amount. This branch though refuses to look at the checks and make the necessary adjustments….
Terrible customer service. I left this branch and went to the one in Milford to which they did the deposit just fine…

Opened an account because I've recently become disabled and this bank is close to where I am living now. It took 3 weeks to get my ATM card, so then I made my first deposit on their app, and to be fair, it said it would be on hold for a few days. Ok, fine. Its been nearly 2 weeks, and now and all they keep saying is it will be released at midnight, and its still on hold! It's very frustrating! This place was highly recommended by family since I moved here from Georgia. I will probably close my account.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I opened a bank account a month ago. I deposited a check that cleared and switched my direct deposit to the account. They gave me a temporary card while I was there that worked fine. I withdrew money from my account and everything. I got the new card with my name on it and activated it through the app and then my account has been put in a "hard hold" status. It's locked, nothing alerted me of this, the ATM just said invalid card, so I go to the branch and they say I need to verify my address so I gave them my ID again, and pieces of mail AGAIN and they say 2 business days to clear & 3 weeks later my account is still locked and no one seems to be able to help me. The branch is a joke, and the 1-800 #s keep telling me the branch must fix it. They told me yesterday the manager would be in and I get here and she's just gone to a meeting and won't be back today. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! They won't even let me close my account and give me MY money back!!!! I am livid right now!!!!!

Called to make sure the branch was open. The automated system said it was open from noon to 4. At 1:31pm the branch was closed with a sign stating it was closed on sundays. I’m Not happy at all.

Awesome branch for the bank, though they are subject to Kroger store hours, since they are located inside the store. The ATM is also located inside, so you have to walk into the store in order to get access to it. Probably my only negative with the bank; but on the upside, having the ATM inside means its more secure and less likely to ba tampered with using fake card readers.

if I could give no stars... I would ! friendly service yes, but very poor service. someone found it to be a good idea at this location to shut one bank lane down turn it over to the kroger pharmacy use the only remaining lane for both the outside teller service and the ATM. today I was 30 mins. getting to the ATM with only 3 cars in front of me. not the first time that this has happened
