A package of medicine was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. I called the post office and Dave said he would check it out. He found it in the wrong mailbox and delivered it to my home.

Doesn't matter if you have a tracking # or not. Packages go missing once they arrive at this post office. 2 yrs ago a pressure cooker mysteriously disappeared once it arrived there. Never delivered. Carrier evidently delivered my package from last week to someone else.

Driver will not get out of the car and to deliver a package. This USPS worker is lazy. Leaves a note in the mail box saying no one was home. I got it on camera several times. Just pure laziness.

Tell me why a post office serving less than 5,000 addresses has such issues. The carriers are too old to understand GPS and how to use it properly so packages are routinely marked as No Access for delivery when it's literally just a driver not understanding how to find the address. I filed multiple complaints with the Postmaster this week. I moved from Memphis and they handled almost 600,000 people daily and don't have as much trouble as this post office. As I said in the complaint, I believe the people running it have been doing it for too long and have gotten too comfortable doing a bad job. They think they can do what they want and we just have to deal with it while they make their hourly wage. That's not how jobs work, Dave.

Worst post office around. Mail lady refuses to deliver packages correctly. When tracking you can let them know where to deliver said package, if it should be delivered to a specific place then it should be not in the mailbox because your to lazy to get out of your van. Amazon and UPS can pull into and back out of my driveway and deliver to specific place but not this mail lady.or she can't back up that small USPS van.

There is a male clerk there that is always rude. I just drive to Hamersville or Mt Orab to avoid the attitude.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 5 STAR, I WOULD. Over the last two years this has been an ongoing issue. The driver REFUSES to drive down my driveway to deliver a package. This is now the 7th time this has happened and I have had it!! They do not even attempt. Lets not forget that the driver took a giant black permanent marker and wrote my address numbers on my mailbox not once but TWICE, even after I had made a complaint. My husband built that mailbox for me just to avoid this constant delivery issue!! Their excuse is they do not want to drive their vehicle down my driveway if there is even a slight pothole in the gravel. Well our driveway was been fixed back in the spring so there is absolutely no excuse for the constant laziness!

Worst post office around. Mail lady refuses to deliver packages. Amazon and UPS can pull into and back out of my driveway but forget a small USPS van. When trying to speak with them at the post office they get rude and defensive. Today I was told it’s against the law for a USPS driver to back out of a driveway on a slow back road…
