At this store I've bought items I needed in a pinch, had spare keys made and shipped UPS packages. All were positive experiences. This is a great hardware store with helpful staff.

Best hardware store around. Always have the right size nuts or bolts. Great place to stop in. Had a hard to find key that I needed copied. He had 100 blanks readily available. Customer service like the old days not like hoke depot where no one will talk to you.

Our fresh water tank plug fell off while driving to Deer Creek. The guy working was able to piece a plug together for us. That really saved our camping trip. Thank you.

Was passing through Mt Sterling and time to kill so stopped into Rapp's Hardware.. kind of like the old time Hardware stores.. enjoyed just wandering around the Store, lots of interesting things to see.. Bought some chain and hooks to hang some birdhouses, very nice man took care of cutting the chain for me.. Enjoyed my visit there and will stop again..
