(Don't shop here do it online or go to Delaware) I've been with boost for about 10 years. Gotten my upgrade here several times. But this time there was someone new an they treated me horribly, I came in cause my phone is like 4, years old an im do for an upgrade. She didn't ask anything about if I was a boost customer or look up my account all she said was your not going to get a phone for less then 100 dollars cause of activation cost an taxes. An I know that's not true I've done it before an I pointed to a phone that was 59.99 an said what about that one. She said you can't get that only only this specific phone that's 130.99 I asked why she said we have to go by the hot sheet keep in mind she hasn't looked anything up for me or even acknowledge if I'm a new or old customer she's just standing with her arms crossed not doing anything. So I left. An I recommend anyone who use boost to not go here for anything. Worst experience of my life. I'm literally driving 45 minutes to Delaware to get a new phone because this person was so bad an pissed me off so much. (Never coming back to this place again) Honestly she deserves to be fired if that is how she treats customers.

Store hours don’t match website or hours posted on door seems like employees make there own hours here, website says they open at 9am and every time I come here there never open even when the door says 10am

If I could go lower,I would. But I guess 1 star will work so I can do a review. The girl behind the counter did not know what she was doing. Wouldn't listen to what I wanted. Tried to charge us activation charges and buy a new phone when we told her we we're doing it online for cheaper. She just wouldn't listen. Do yourself a favor and use boost online. They're customer service is way better. So activation charges, cheaper phones as well.

Terrible customer service, very rude employees and they try to charge you activation fees when you can do it online for free. I advise you to stay away from this store and call boost Mobile over the phone. Order your phone from the website, They're cheaper and they will take care of you!

Boost Mobile is first-rate but I strongly advise going to the Newark, OH store at the Indian Mound Mall. NOT the Mount Vernon store, which said to make up a broken screen claim with the insurance when all I needed per the Newark store was a new SIM card to make my Samsung A10e work again.

My experience was better than I thought it would be for I have a friend who works behind the counter that person helped me figure out the rates in my data plan she said it in layman's terms so I could understand it so all in all I had a decent experience

Well it didn't start well I just got a replacement phone and they sent me the wrong label in the mail The label had my address on it so when I called to get a different label sent to me they told me that they couldn't do that but I would have to talk to whose mobile or boost Mobile said that they are not affiliated with them and it was back and forth but this young lady today helped me figure everything out thank you so much!

I wish I could give zero stars I’ve never rated anything before and just made a google account just to review this. I have had boost for years I got the iPhone 7 as soon as it came out and bought it outright and have had it through boost EVERY month I have paid insurance on my phone EVERY SINGLE MONTH. My phone was stolen so I went reported it stolen and I went to boost to have it replaced you know since I pay insurance every month just to be told that I would be paying FULL PRICE it’s absolutely ridiculous and I would never recommended this to anyone they have fully lost mike and my families business

I would give them zero stars if it were an option. I don’t know who does the hiring at this place but the woman working was definitely messed up on something. She couldn’t focus. And her boyfriend came in on something too. Wile we were there a few other customers came in and she told them they have to wait outside. It’s 15°, and they had a baby. They turned around and said we won’t be coming in there, they said I’m not giving a cent of my money to someone on drugs.
