I respect and appreciate the coaches at 1808 CrossFit. I attend the Legends classes for those who are 50 years or older and have been very successful at improving my strength, balance and endurance. Having just completed my 50th class, I can highly recommend joining 1808 CrossFit!

I visited Crossfit1808 for their first Hyrox Simulation. All the staff were extremely welcoming, kind, encouraging and the event was very organized! The goodie bag was such a nice surprise as well. I feel way more prepared for Hyrox Chicago here in about a month! I will definitely be returning for future events.
