Went in looking for steel plate. Employee and I found 17/32 plate he told me he would cut and call at 5 I could pick up. Next day I called, instead of cutting 17/32 plate we discussed he decided to cut thicker plate and mill it. $33 up charge and day delay on project. I declined and bought thicker plate trying to be nice. Now have useless steel. Not concerned about your timeline or sticking to your quote.

Had some nice straight, rust free truck parts sand blasted a while back by them and am highly disappointed. I had clearly instructed that I wanted only certain parts of my hood done due to fear of warping. I was reassured over and over that I didn't have to worry about warping. Upon pickup I found the entire hood blasted and had a large dent that it didn't have before, I ignored it because accidents happen and it looked like an easy fix. But after getting everything home and unloaded I find the hood and bed very warped. I called and tried to explain the problem to a gentleman and was simply told that a thick coat of filler will fix it. Now I wouldn't have bought another $200 hood and $1000 bed if I wanted to layer a bunch of filler on it. I simply would've have been happy with a reimbursement or an apology but instead I got a rude response on how to cover up there mess and was told to go elsewhere. Now I had to track down another hood that cost more and have to spend more time and money on the bed to fix it. With that being said I would definitely not recommend using Custom Cutters for any of your sand blasting needs.

Got a great price on powder coating aluminum trim for my stove. Pricing is reasonable for purchasing metal stock. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had these guys water jet me a stencil and it turned out great. They were easy to work with, got the job done by when they said, and the price seemed very fair.
