I feel this company needs to staff their stores better and give less money to their CEO and stockholders! They need more employees to better serve their customers. Debbie was awesome in knowing the store, in regard to finding things. She knew various insurance allowances for free items and how to read the store tags on what an OTC item was. She works in the pharmacy most of the time if she isn’t running all over to help in the front of the store as well as every where else. The staff is helpful when they can be but they are so busy because they are short handed. The revenue dictates the hours the store gets to be able to hire more people!!!! But with no body to help the customers you won’t get the business ?

All the comments about understaffing, drive thru only open about 2 hours in the afternoons, prescriptions taking forever to fill...believe them. They are 100% true! Absolutely tired of it. Tired of wasting time and gas to drive clear across town, when prescriptions say they're ready online...get there and it's not ready. Staff is efficient for what they're working with...but CVS get it together. As others have said here in comments, whether it's pay, benefits etc, whatever it is you need to do to retain staff...you're a big enough cooperation to treat your staff and customers better! I however will be looking for another pharmacy, as there are many other options!

The staff work hard, are helpful, and always get my order right.

I am 60 years old. This pharmacy is bar none the worst I have ever dealt with. Nothing is ever ready under 5 hours.

4/12/24 930AM. Entrance door would not open automatically, I thought maybe it was broke so I opened the door manually (wasn’t locked) and walked to the pharmacy. A lady asked how did you get in the store? I opened the door and walked in. She said the inside is not open you have to go around through the drive thru. Two other people walked in, cvs employee walked to the front of the store and told us all to leave. I told her to either lock the doors or HANG A SIGN. Might as well just shut this store down. I will definitely transfer meds.

I've been dealing with this CVS and OSU physician to get my medication for a week. I called again today to find out if they have processed my prior authorized medication filled yet and was told they have it and it'll be 4 hrs later my bf on his way home stopped to pick it up and of course it wasn't because insurance wouldn't cover it. They was sent the code twice for the authorization. I called and the lady didn't give me much information. I was crying. I was so upset and the "B" hung up on me. I wasn't being nasty. I was upset crying, wanting to know what to do. I'm not going back. A cancer patient shouldn't have to work so hard.

Love this place, especially the minute clinic! No more long lines at the urgent care with the coughing and sneezing and worrying about a spacesuit for my child or myself! Schedule that appointment online. You don't even have to go in until you're 5 minutes from your appointment. It is literally life-changing!

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. Despite lots of people working, the drive thru is always closed and there are always long lines. No one seems to know how to do more than one thing.
Have a question on a new prescription? Wait in a long line, talk to someone who doesn't know the answer and has to get someone else to help. Then have a question on an existing prescription? Go to the end of another long line to talk to someone else who doesn't have an answer and needs to call over yet another person to help. All while listening to the phone ring off the hook and announce, "4 callers for pharmacy" over and over again because no one bothers answering.
Dropping off 1 prescription and picking up another has taken almost or over an hour each of the 3 separate times I've done so. Major efficiency and process improvements are needed here. For now I'm transferring to another pharmacy. Beware.

The only reason for one star is that I can't give zero. Don't answer phone, long lines and god awful slow service.

This pharmacy is horrible. You must always wait in line forever just to pick up a prescription. Don't bother calling unless you want to be on hold for 25 minutes just to be hung up on immediately after finally getting through. Most of the employees here are very weird and very rude. I switched pharmacies and will never come back here or any other CVS again.

Doing something wrong. Either not paying people well or treating them well or something. Business model is not working. Feels third world with greatly restricted hours and huge lines at all times. We’re going to change pharmacies for better service. The levels here has become unacceptable.
