Chad, our salesman was friendly and helpful. He went through all the vehicle’s features and answered all of our questions. All of the staff were very good. There were scratches on the bumper guard and they had someone paint those. They provided us with a car to drive while ours was being repaired. Appreciated that. Also, there was only one key fob. But, when we brought the car in for the bumper guard, one of the staff brought us another fob that had been found…we appreciated that. We did get a really nice, clean certified vehicle. We love the vehicle.

Always a great experience. Staff is wonderful and polite. Love the fact that if you have a question regarding any repairs etc.. they get you the answers you seek, in most cases. Also, love the fact that if you can't physically get your vehicle in yourself, you can schedule your appointment and they will come get the vehicle, service it and bring it back to you. This is exceptional....

Always a great buying experience at Donley Mount Vernon. They were able to quickly let me know the vehicle I wanted was available, over the phone. When I came by to see it, they had it ready. From valuing my trade-in to leaving the parking lot, the process took just over an hour and a half.

Once again everyone at the service desk was awesome. Tina greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. Something this small means so much. Tina had everything ready for my truck to be serviced and went over everything that was going to be done. The service guys did an excellent job on my truck.

Sent a message on Facebook asking if they had certain trucks available. No response.(for 10 hours after two messages sent)Called their store in Ashland and both trucks were gone so I was then forwarded on to their Mount Vernon store because they had one available there.Sales rep from Mount Vernon sent me pictures of the truck and I asked for final numbers so I could have this added to my Trac Lease. I was then told the sales rep I was working with couldn’t give me the numbers that another rep had to give me the final numbers and he would reach out in a few. The next sales rep Jim didn’t reach out.Then this morning I get a message from some guy named Brad Bennett saying “oh we’re sorry, that truck sold late in the day”.If you want a dealership who sucks with communication, Go to Donley. They’ll always let you down.

Donley Ford is outstanding. Their pricing is much more realistic than other dealerships. Miguel Vazquez is very personable and honest salesman. Plus Brian in financial department is low pressure on warranty items. This is my third car to buy at Donley! I highly recommend them to you!

The service representatives at Donley Ford of Mt. Vernon are the best. Jeff, Tina, and Leah are always very friendley and helpful above and beyond any requirements or standards. I could get service much closer to home, but I will not even consider going anywhere else.

do not have anything worked on here i had a 2012 f250 upper and lower gasket oil leak and ccv housing kit change on my vehicle. right off the bat the cost was $1000 more than the estimate they had to pull the motor to get to the gasket which was $4000 dollars total cost and dropped it off it was making no noise now after this fix i have a small train whistle noise when accelerating and another noise when accelerating in first gear loud howling noise. i then took my veichle back to donley ford in mt vernon and they said i had a cracked hose and that’s where i was getting the noise from which i knew they didn’t put the motor right somehow because it was making no noise before so then that was $250 i had to pay and then i went back in cause the noise was still there when i knew it would be. also on the recipt it says they checked out the whole exhaust system before i took it back the second time the mechanic said it was the exhaust had a lose bolt so it’s catching air when i knew that was wrong again i clearly told him i’m not a mechanic but that’s not the problem you guys didn’t put the motor back together right and they wanted to take the easy route and not fix a mistake they made. he fixed the bolt that was “loose” then the noise still made it. i took it back again and he said he can not touch the vehicle anymore because he’s not aloud. complete bs now i have to spend more money somewhere else to get my truck right. once again dony have anything worked on here.

My fiancé step dad just bought a truck. Miguel was our sales person. He was so nice and accommodating. If you’re in the market for truck from ford this is the place to go. Very respectful. Great communication. Filled up truck, even got a yeti cup.

Each time I interact with the Donley service team, it is a pleasant and professional experience. It is a seamless experience from the online scheduling to the in person visit. I believe they have worked very hard in developing their systems and in taking seriously any and all feedback for improvement to get to this point. This is why I take my car to them for servicing and most recently why I purchased four new tires from them.

I’m sure you have had that uncomfortable pushy experience at a dealership before. The kind where you like the car but you don’t necessarily love it and you feel just way too much pressure. Ask for Jim. Set an appointment. You won’t be disappointed. I plan on getting my next car from him and I’d recommend going to him anytime you’re looking to upgrade. Hands down best service, especially in the world we’re in today where customer service doesn’t exist anymore this place has it.
