These guys are the real deal. They sold me some backstock once, every single item was as described or in better condition than expected. I dont live close to mount vernon, but if I was ever in the area and in need of a PC or Cellphone repair. These are the dudes I would trust to work on my precious tech devices. 11/10

?? great experience!! Ask for Zack! Got a great deal on a used MacBook Pro. Got home and realized that I had gotten a 45w brick instead of a 60w brick. Went back in the next day and Zack helped me out, no questions asked. Everything functions properly and it passed Apple's Diagnostics with no issues.

I took my work laptop in for what I assumed would be a battery replacement. Zack asked some questions, went through my computer and changed some settings and gave me some tips. Explained that my battery was likely in better shape than I expected. He wasn't pushy about selling me anything which I appreciate. Recommended I try out the new settings before I go as far as replacing my battery. Seemed genuine and honest in his assessment. Even though it was only one meeting I feel comfortable taking my technology needs to him in the future. Oh yeah, I walked out owing nothing!
