Save yourself the misery of banking here. They are using systems from the 1700s, it's almost impossible to make payments or get answers. To top it off they sent me to a branch that was not open when i tried to pay my truck off, and all but one of the worker are clueless if you can ever get them on the phone. Trash.
NOTE: Heather is awesome. Shes the only one who has shown pride in her work and has been very kind on the phone.

When inquiring how I have late charges when I make my payment on time I was hung up on??? That's actually legal?? Warning to everyone do not do business or take ANY loan with the first bank on it. Fraudulent is putting it lightly.

The absolute worst bank I’ve ever done business with. Their system somehow changed my auto loan to 365 past due. My credit score dropped from 800 to 650 as a result. I made multiple attempts to get this fixed. Jim Lansing, allegedly second in charge, could not fix THEIR system issue or repair my credit score. I paid the car off a year early to be done with their ridiculousness. It took over 3 weeks and multiple unanswered phone calls and emails before I got my lien release. I will NEVER allow anywhere to finance a loan through this bank again. Save yourself a headache and huge bruise to your credit score and find other financing.

I am astounded by the lack of customer service, support and worker accountability. If I was able to give zero stars I would. They have been difficult from the first day of my loan. You can see by their review ratings I’m not the only customer who has a negative perspective on this company. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. The reason why, is because my boyfriend and I have been trying to contact someone for over 3 weeks now. We called almost everyday at an early time, noon and before they closed and no one will pick up the freaking phone . We have one simple question and can't seem to get a hold of ANYONE. Which is ridiculous!!! We left multiple messages and a call back number and they never called back . I think they are super lazy because even if you are busy, you would have at least TRIED to call back within the 3 + weeks we tried called. Also, when we finally get a hold of one person on the 4th week. They sent us to the wrong person and that person never responded either , it went straight to voicemail. I don't recommend this bank to anyone. I wouldn't even recommend this bank to any enemy of mine . We don't even live in that state but that was the only bank represented for the car dealership that he had went to , in order to buy his car. We live in Kentucky and if we can get time , we will have to try and go all the way to Ohio just to get one question answered. I hope we can switch banks because I'm absolutely fed up with these lazy workers. If you don't want to do your job. That's easy as crap ,because I worked in multiple fields of the bank, then find another job. That . SIMPLE.

This bank is the worst bank I have EVER delt with... I will be pulling my money out ASP.. closed half the time.. Can't get ahold of them .. It's the 4th of the month people getting paid.. Social security checks going in and GUESS WHAT... Bank is closed!!! Worthless Bank!!

I finished paying my car loan off in October and then they sent me to collections mistakenly saying that I was 30 days past due in November, even though my loan was completed. I had to call every single day to try to get help. Tammy in their collections department was extremely rude, and just told me, "Well there's nothing I can do". Then she continued to sigh and tell me that I was interrupting her lunch break, that she was lightheaded from me keeping her from her food, and that there was nothing she could do for me. She gave me multiple extensions I could call, none of which answered. After another week of trying to contact people, I finally got in touch with someone who told me they had fixed it. 90 days later it's not fixed on my credit report. This was right before Christmas, when we planned to get new furniture and start our home equity loan. We weren't able to do that at all because this "missed payment" tanked my credit score. One of my credit cards was cancelled due to the dip in my credit score as well. I truly can't believe how unprofessional they were and I'm still suffering from their mistake.

This bank is horrable. If you are ever offered a loan from this bank decline it. Fees for everything. Early pay off fees of 200$. processing fees of 300$. takes weeks to finally get to someone who can help you and you can hear how unorganized this bank is as they yell across the room at each other because they have no idea what they are doing. Every location has a one star review for the same reasons.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got late fees that I didn't know about until my loan was "payed off". Got another late fee for not paying the late fees I didn't know about. It took over 3 weeks of persistence to talk to someone in the loan department who told me it is what it is.I wish I had read the other reviews 3 year ago before I took out a car loan! VERY FRUSTRATED!
