Went into 5 Below on 2/9/24. 2 self checkouts working and one cashier who was more interested in a young girl, apparently her daughter she brought to work with her, than helping customers. There were about 6 self checkout with closed signs on them. I had to wait in line with others to check out. Hire some cashiers! Fix the theft problem and give your customers the service they deserve. Funny side note to this story. Before I went there I wanted to check to see if they had what I wanted so I tried calling 3 times and each time after telling me the employees were busy WOWING our customers they disconnected me! Needless to say, I was thoroughly wowed with the whole experience!
