Don't use this bank. I was talked into a rv loan through this bank. It had a very high % so I decided to pay it off in full. They charged me $600 even though I paid it off in full before I even received the first bill.

They never answer the phones and they don’t return messages in a timely manner. Unless you want to go the the bank and wait for your question to be answered, I’d just call the Newark Branch. I have started to use the branch in Newark because they answer their phones, they are knowledgeable and professional and can handle questions about my personal and business accounts.

Just park your vehicle and go inside. Their drive thru bank lines are extremely inefficient.

Got a car through huntington.... I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MANY ISSUES IN MY LIFE!! I paid well over my loan amount every month, I signed up for auto withdraw several times with it failing, their system would send my payment back to me... they SERIOUSLY screwed up my credit score with THEIR mistakes. I had an extra 700 sitting and they sais my payment was late....... even though they had 700$ extra from me paying over my loan ammount every month. Um, no dudes.. you have your payment this month, set up my damn auto withdraw, and fix the mess. So they would.. and it would just happen again and again. Now I have 5 late paymenta on my report cause they are morons. Smh. Never ever again.

Started out as a nice place to bank then after a year it's turned into a horrible place to get in and out of or to get waited on even the atms seem to be down often will be closing my account soon and going to another bank

I had a mortgage payoff issue that I needed to call about. First, you do not get an actual person that answers the phone. Then, the wait time is one hour. Glad I normally deal with a credit union that can give you better service than this.

I use the drive thru. Before I pull in, I look to see if there is a long line. If so, I go do something else and come back. The tellers are friendly and efficient.

Hands down worst customer service I have ever received. They also set up my account improperly. Going to switch to PNC now due to it being the only decent local bank. Bank somewhere else!

I've been with this bank for several years. They always treated me respectful and kind. With national shutdowns, everything has changed the way we bank. Upside: everyone working is always friendly and kind. Downside: They closed all other branches, leaving 1 tiny building to handle everything which I'm sure is stressful. Current location is too small for safety deposit box availability, and only an ATM on the other side of town.Huntington NEEDS a bigger bank in the Mount Vernon area!
