Purchased gas here, and the clerk screwed up the transaction, charging my card for $40 in gas that I didn't pump. I was assured that the transaction had been canceled, and would fall off my card. I was told I couldn't get a receipt for a canceled transaction. Lo and behold the transaction was processed and they took my money with no ability to refund it.

If you don't have points you can't buy from kroger. They are consistently .30 to .35 cents higher than other Kroger store's. A good way to claim your saving people money. Raise the price and then give some points.
