This Pharmacy has got to be the worst Pharmacy in Knox County. I called this evening to the pharmacy to check on my prescription. My first phone call was it 7:05 p.m. I was put on hold and disconnected three times. I gave up and stopped calling at 8:05 p.m. I guess the phone service they offer there's no better than the in person service they offer don't think I've ever went in the store or at the window and waited less than 20 minutes up to 40 minutes. You would think after a year or better they would learn how to fix their problems. What a shame

It's a local Kroger and I haven't had any issues getting what I want. They are pretty good about putting sales tags up, they are prompt at check out if something needs fixed, and the stock is good. I often price check between Walmart and Kroger since they are close to each other plus coupons. They seem pretty on top of checking the expiration tags too

On August 30-31st, the pharmacy is so short staffed that they closed their walk up window. So, I am now using CVS drive thru pharmacy Pick up. If a business won't support me, I won't support them.

They tell you your prescription is ready, you go hours later to pick it up, and they tell you it will be over an hour until it’s ready, every single time.

Staff are great, but they need more people working. Too busy to answer the phones. I use Uptown Pharmacy in Westerville... it's where I work. They're fabulous!!

They won't fill my Prescription when it is due, have shorted me half a prescription. They have hung up on me. Rude as hell and very unprofessional. They need new Employees. If they don't like their jobs they should find new ones.

They do not answer their phones, or answer your questions. Getting medications from this location is extremely difficult and my medicines usually end up being sent back because their so busy and understaffed. It wasn’t as bad when the outside window was open. If you want your medications that same day or soon or want a pharmacy location that answers your calls & questions I’d recommend going to somewhere else. Even just trying to call to get a prescription transferred is extremely difficult. Lastly some of their staff is highly unprofessional and extremely rude.

I understand they are short staffed, I also understand that when they say they are going to call the doctor to get an approval code and 5 days later they still haven't... Then I call the doctor and they call another prescription in I went to pick it up and they say oh . You wanted that filled? Plus the last time the Dr called in 9 scripts and they filled one a day took 9 days...

They never awnser there phone,So if u have very important insurance or dosage, questions u are in trouble. Cause they won't awnser
