“I had an excellent experience with Julian at the Sleep Outfitters Store in Mount Vernon. I ended up disliking the initial mattress that I chose (my fault) and he went above and beyond to quickly get it replaced for me. Julian's customer service, patience and knowledge were above and beyond. Thank you!”
