Be wary of using this company, I would stongly suggest you request that someone who is an actual CPA complete your returns and not one of the individuals that only has an H&R Block certificate! Those certificates are not much more than you doing your own returns through a company like TurboTax. The disaster they prepared was unbelievable!
And when I questioned the person about how much they charged they proudly stated that they had the lowest fees around, and it clearly shows when they complete the returns all wrong and you have to find someone else to help you fix them.

I have gone to see Sam the last two yrs. She is very quick and good at what she does. Both years have been great experiences. She is also organized and and great to talk to. I've sent both my siblings and my fiance to see her and they say the same thing.

Poor Customer Service, Poor Communication skills. Our Taxes got sent back because someone didn't do their Job properly. Taxes filed on 3/9/2022, been trying to reach the Tax Agent since 3/15/2023 when I noticed she filed it under the wrong acct. No Response from ANYONE.
