My Husband and I drove around for two days straight to multiple lots even buy here pay here’s trying to find an suv and was turned down over and over and over with 2k down as our car we just financed in February this year was just totaled out, paid off by insurance but still showing on credit until ACA marks it as paid off. Eric reached out to my Husband and got an approval for a 2024 for us. We drove an hour from Columbus he waited for us as they were about to close and it was smooth and easy process. Will definitely be going back to him and recommending him to EVERYONE. Thank you so much!

He is amazing person got my deal done.He worked very hard when others wouldn't help. The car had a couple issue he fixed them . I m very pleased with deal and service will return when we need another vehicle.

Just got a new 2019 Dodge Ram with my son today and let me tell you...Eric was absolutely AMAZING! He made the entire process so much easier and gave us a great deal on top of it! He went above and beyond for my son and I am beyond grateful! Everyone I spoke to was so friendly too! I promised I would be a repeat customer and I definitely will be! I highly recommend them!

Deeply disappointed in my experience and outcomes. Many things undisclosed including a hidden DEEP hole in the floorboard. Many drives out to Mt Vernon at my own expense to have the same issues (engine and a/c) fixed—yet, after four attempts, the same problems remain. Ghosted me when my requests for them to honor their original commitment. Suit yourself. BBB complaint to follow.
