My work truck broke down at 7pm in the middle of nowhere.
They came out to me fairly quickly, towed me home, didn't charge me a fortune.
I'd use them again.

Super frustrated. We needed a 24 hour uhaul rental and when my options popped up for who to rent them through On the Spot Towing popped up and I was like Paul’s a good guy I’d prefer to give him money so chose them and did the self checkout option. Well the person didn’t leave the keys and when I called them I was advised to call another number and they didn’t answer so called again and they said they left for the day. Called uhaul back and while this part is on uhaul they rescheduled me for the same location for round 2 of that!

On the Spot Towing arrived earlier than estimated. Very friendly and very professional. Nice, clean trucks. I would definitely use them again..but I hope I don't need to. Insurance paid the charge, so I can't comment on price. But they made the process very simple. Thanks

Got a flat tire. Had a great experience with Derrick. He made sure my low car didn't scrape the front lip when getting it on the truck. Highly recommend.

My kid’s truck smoked a wheel bearing on the side of route 3 at 10:30 at night. These folks were the first one to answer and showed up in 20-30 mins. Super friendly driver, landed the truck perfectly in my driveway, couldn’t ask for anything better in my situation. 5 stars saving for next time.

Bryant came to my house for tows on 2 of my vehicles to a local shop. He was ahead of time arriving on both occasions. These guys are dealing with someone having a bad day, but their attitude and demeanor are appreciated. He seems like a really good guy and genuinely is there to help. Bryant is a good dude...I'll be using this company for any future needs! Thank you for your hard work and professionalism!

Wife was in an accident this week(not at fault). Driver who came to tow the vehicle was FANTASTIC!
However, when my insurance company asked her to contact On The Spot and let them know the car was being picked up, the owner Paul was rude, nasty, disrespectful and belligerent to my wife. I could give quotes.
Insurance company called him directly 2 minutes later, went to voicemail.
Way to do business, Paul.
