“Grateful. Called in this morning to see if they had a specific tree in stock as I would need 3 of them…Phil answered the phone with a kind demeanor ready to help. I explained I would be driving 45 min and asked to confirm stock and the size of them(have a much smaller rental car currently). He put me on hold, confirmed, and measured them in height.
A lot of times when you call stores with these type of requests, you can feel agitation or frustration while you wait on hold, a good attitude is just refreshing and the best way to market a business. You don’t find friendly customer service like this often on an inquiry call. So needless to say, will be making the drive for the trees:)”

“Amazing pet store, it's the only store I will shop at for my ball python. The staff is friendly and available to ask questions. We also bought a green cheek conure from here in 2023. He's a very happy and healthy bird. It's a convenient location and my ball python enjoys the frozen rats from Petco and won't eat any other pet stores rats. Highly recommend shopping at this Petco”
“I went in today to see if they had the new skeleton farm animals for Halloween. As soon as I walked in I saw an employee stocking them. I told her which 3 I wanted. She handed me the 2 of the 3 and said she didn’t think they got the cow in yet but to check back. She was super sweet about it. We shopped around for a little bit longer and when we went to checkout the cashier and I started talking about how cute they are and I showed her a picture off Facebook of the cow. She was so friendly and told me that I should definitely check back. As I was getting in my car the cashier came running outside to get my attention because the employee who was stocking them found the cow!! They both were so awesome and made my whole day!!! Thanks to both of them for going out of their way to help me get what I came for!!”
