I don’t really have a problem with the people it’s the mower sales and maintenance I took my husqvarna zero turn in because the belt came off and was under warranty. I got it back the spring came off like wasn’t tensioned, got that fixed then the pulley idle which I’m sure was originally fell off I’ve never had a problem much with this mower till took it to rural king and only reason I did was under warranty. I have 5 acres and can’t even mow half the time don’t take mower to rural king or I’d buy a mower elsewhere because warranty might cover it for awhile but the maintenance shop doesn’t it it right. I’m very very upset and it’s costing me more money.

I was a long-time loyal Rural King customer for both of my businesses. We have bought all of our supplies, hundreds of tools, valves, fittings, water tanks, truck accessories, oil, DEF, etc from the Mt. Vernon store over the past four years. This store used to be awesome. I loved going there. I am reasonable and fair, so it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. But I was treated so rudely - by the manager, of all people - the last time I went in that I will never return. My employees have all been instructed to purchase all of our supplies from other suppliers from here forward.
