Car wash credit card reader broken. I wasn't able to pay for a wash. Employees seemed unconcerned.

They are phenomenal they always do exactly what they say they will do they have several people that help their super polite anytime I come in there with my truck because it's older I come in to check the fluids they check everything they add oil and it doesn't cost me a dime and it gives me such peace of mind the manager is a younger guy with glasses I can't remember his name but he is awesome the team is super awesome. I would never go anywhere else if I were you.

Who would of thought you can be rear-ended going through the car wash.Well you can, they stopped the wash but nobody came to talk to us and you can't get out of your car, we saw them speak to the lady that hit us but nobody even bothered to see if we were OK. They then started the equipment to get us out and again no staff came to talk to us. I had to go inside where the not so friendly staff informed us that it was private property so our problem call the cops if you want to. And on top of that we had to demand another car wash because after we were hit they stopped the wash cycle and push us through.

After a trip thru the automatic wash at walmart my car was still dirty. I called them and they said to bring it down to their main car wash and they would run it thru again. The pictures are after the second wash. While I was looking at the unsatisfactory results, three employees were standing out front doing nothing, including the guy who had me bring the car down for a second wash. Never checked if everything got resolved.Needless to say I won’t be retuning for another.

This car wash changed for the worst, beware the new washers and dryers tore off our rear license plate brackets bolts and all. Have used this car for a few years since we’ve moved here. A woman did retrieve our license plate from the floor of the car wash with no apology. As for now this once good car wash has lost a loyal customer for the time being until things change for the better

Great car wash, but the subscription plan is way too expensive and they really need a multi car plan.

You pay a higher price for a better was and dry and you still have to come home and rewash the soap streaks off!! Waste of time and money!! Mount Vernon needs a Moo-Moo Express!!!!

Went and got my oil changed then the person could not place the skid plate back onto my car. Then proceeded to want to throw it away. Luckily, we were able to get it before he threw it away. They did not give us the bolts for it. Overall, they do not know what they are doing.Service: Oil change

This place not only does an awesome job cleaning your vehicle, they also hand dry it and the guys up front work hard to make sure your vehicle is sprayed clear before going thru the wash! They legit spent 5 minutes cleaning off the ice around my tires before I entered. I was blown away with their devotion. I literally left, went to the ATM machine and came back with a nice tip for them all! FIVE STARS PLUS SOME!

Needed to get an oil change, and I was able to pull right up, no wait, never had to leave my car, and then enjoyed my free car wash. Highly recommended.
