When we started our company in 1997, we made it our goal to provide a quality physical fitness program at an affordable price to the Mount Vernon community and surrounding areas. Each aerobics instructor and personal trainer in our health club has years of aerobic experience and works hard to stay up-to-date with all the latest exercise methods and workout plans. All equipment and fitness levels are provided in our state-of-the-art facility, which is air conditioned and kid-friendly. We offer nine weekly fitness classes which include: step aerobics, kickboxing, boot camp, yoga, interval and circuit training and more! We burn up to 800 calories in each hour-long fitness class.
