The guys at the shop were great, the people on the other end of the computer, not so much. I walked in at about 2:45pm, I FINALLY drove off the lot just shy of 7pm. 4 hours for the receiving end of the paper work to get their crap together. I was seriously about to walk out and not come back. The salesman on the lot were great. Good guys.

Terrible experience FROM DAY ONE (it’s been 2 years now) from them knowingly selling a lemon of a car that broke down just 4 short days needing a complete engine swap THAT TOOK 6 1/2 MONTHS TO COMPLETE, not to mention the countless times my payments were messed up causing me to fall behind and even have my car wrongly booted(which was admitted by THE GENERAL MANAGER) RUN RUN RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS “business” AS POSSIBLE

This is an update from my innitial posting and rating regarding this business, and if I could TAKE AWAY STARS, I WOULD! I made my nearly $500 monthly payment bi-weekly for 7 MONTHS on a 2014 Mazda CX-5, that BRAND NEW in 2014 costed between 12K to 17K(which I was charged 24K with 130K miles on it). I was late on just 1 PAYMENT, LITERALLY A SINGLE PAYMENT, FOR THE FIRST TIME DURING MY CONTRACT, BY JUST 2 DAYS AND THEY REPOSSESSED IT FROM ME!!!! THIS is the best part of it all though..... They refused to give it back to me and instead they RE-SOLD IT at an AUCTION about a month after this happened! Yet they still demand that I pay the remaining amount for the loan of just over 12K (my 4 year loan agreement was set at 24.999% APR)! These people FURTHER blew my mind when I received a paper in the mail about 2 weeks ago stating they were going to be SUEING ME for the unpaid balance!!!! They are DEFINITELY AT THE NUMBER 1 SPOT ON MY BUYER BEWARES LIST!!

Well I went there we worked out a deal . Then the regional came in looked it over came up with a better deal. Then the day I was supposed to come in I call to confirm my appointment. The other worker there said for me not to waste my time they was not going to sell me a car. So why waste my time and do all the work just to deny someone. Seems a little sketchy to me.

I bought a car from here about a year ago. Have had nothing but problems with it since I bought it. Found out they over charged me for it, also. They sold it to me with a piece missing under the hood, so now I have to deal with my car dying a lot (even while it’s in drive) because you can’t just replace the part. It’s discontinued. And warranty didn’t cover. I also just spent $1200 on it finding out it’s only worth $2500 all together. I still owe way over $13k for it and I’ve been paying $500/mo for a year now. Do not buy from here they will over charge you and not help you fix anything because the warranty doesn’t cover much!!
