Horrible customer service and they couldn't even do a proper alignment!! Stripped bolts truck still pulls hard right this place sucks!! I do not recommend this place

DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK DONEHad them do an alignment on my lifted 2000 s10 Turns out they stripped the hell out of the tie rod and decided not to tell me anything and just stuck the old pin back In it they’re lucky the tire didn’t fall off I never plan on going back there again should’ve just bought the specialty tools and did it myself. Can’t even post a video of it bc you can only put pictures on here!

extremely pleased with my purchases tires wheels windshield and nerf bars trail city was such a help finding different options i didn't even know was an option. lol. thanks again to trail city 4x4 for everything you did for me.

Been looking for a truck bed cover for a period of time that can remain on when pulling a gooseneck horse trailer. Trailer City 4x4 really assisted me with options then it came down to 1, Leer' 4 panel low profile unit (new deaign). Actually works better than planned, I can keep laying flat without blocking the back window, or use uprightand still ane to use the camera. Great work Trail City and the assistance was very much appreciated. And the service during installation.

The owner Chris is a great guy and willing to help anyone out. They went out of there way to help me get my truck where I wanted it to be and the time frame we had. Trail city is a great place I would recommend them to everyone.

Place is joke. Customer service is very poor. Told me I was wrong on the way my axle is supposed to sit on my jeep. (They gave it back to me and axle was sitting crooked) argued with me on the phone. Ended up taking to another shop to get my alignment and they got it squared away for me. Been hung up on multiple times since, trying to call to talk to owner about a refund and to show proof of how bad the alignment was. I wouldn’t take my bicycle there.

Straight and honest people and the customer service was awesome. You don't see that very much these days.. They helped me out pretty fast and explained things in detail. I will definitely be going here in the future for any of my off road needs. Thank you guys for the work.

Chris and his team are awesome! They have worked on my Jeep twice now and they will be my first call if I need anything else repaired/fixed in the future. They were friendly, helpful, quick and charged fair prices. Highly recommend.

I got rims, tires and a level on my 2018 Ram 2500 and have gotten great service. But here is where is gets personal for me. I recently had back surgery and couldn't bend over or squat. My right rear sensor went off. I went inside talked with Chris (the owner) and asked if they could help. Without hesitation he said pull your truck around and checked all 4 tires and topped them off with winter air! Great local business I highly recommend!!
