I have informed delivery and for the past 3 years, I've had numerous cigarette coupons scanned and email to me that never made it to my mail box. February 28th I mailed a $55 cash payment to a seed company in Burbank California & as of today, they still haven't received the payment. The payment was mailed out inside the post office!

Absolutely terrible service!
Waited for an international package to come for weeks for them to only try to deliver it one time before returning to sender.
Customer support was no help either, they told me it had to be handled by the shipper even though the package is still in USPS’s possession at a distribution center.

I was impressed with the quality and speed of the service. I was NOT impressed with the handicapped access. If you parked in the ONLY handicapped place you had to go the entire length of the building 2 times outdoors with no.protection from the weatber and more than a half the length in doors.I had already taken the stairs which no one on crutches or recovering from a recent hip, knee, ankle or foot surgery would be able to do, and walked around the entire outside of the post office trying to find the handicapped entrance, so I did not go up to the ramp to the door. I do not know if it was handicapped accessible, ie have a push button door so those having to use their hands to propel their person could get in or out with out bringing someone along to assist them.

On July 5, 2024 I was to receive a package. Instead I received an odd message I'd never gotten before that my package could not be delivered due to "no access for this address."
I called today, the 6th, 2024 & spoke with a kind gentleman named Dustin that explained what had happened. He said he would grab my package and deliver it himself in a few minutes. Sure enough about 10 minutes later he came to my door and apologized for yesterday's mishap. Excellent service provided Dustin, thank you!

I’ve been waiting on a check to arrive in the mail. Finally got it today, it was written out on April 1st, post marked April 2nd, and I did not receive it until today April the 18th. Why in the world would it take so long to be delivered at my mailbox? 2nd time I’ve had to report the poor service I receive!

In my 20+ living here, I've always received courteous, professional service at the Mt V OH Post Office, and I've been blessed to have wonderful route carriers for letter pickup and mail delivery.

This mail carrier is rediculious ! Puts mail in the mailbox but doesn't take the out going mail! This is not the first time it's happened!

I ship on average about 60 packages a month and recently almost none of the packages are scanned upon them getting picked up at my house. My customers are getting packages super late and they are just 'appearing' on their door step. I've never seen it this bad in the decade that I've been shipping.

Employees at this location have got to be the laziest postal employees I have ever met. I am hoping the federal government gets out of the business of peddling/delivering BS. If the postal division was turned private it may actually employ some good honest, hard working people as compared to what they have now.

Having recently had hand surgery, I was unable to carry a package that I had received for work at the PO. The PO staffer working the front desk volunteered to carry it to my car for me. This is fantastic customer service!

The mail lady on E Gambier street PURPOSLY sent back my stimulus check but left the SENT letter as a F U to me. NOT the first time i have had issues with her, she should be fired, purposly messing with peoples money isnt a joke or a game and shouldnt be a laughing matter
