I have good customer service when I have banked a this branch. Branch manager Holly is very helpful and is attentive to all customers. Very friendly staff and always a great banking experience.

I was in the other day and the new manager, Holly, was amazing. She’s always so friendly and helpful. You can tell she works extremely hard and cares about her customers. I also love that she’s trying to make a difference in the community by connecting with other businesses.

The staff here is always pleasant and helpful. They even offer snacks and coffee to the customers at times. Ill continue to bank here as the hours are better than any other banks!

LAZY! The employees here don't know how to do their job either! Walked in yesterday morning to 4 employees including the manager sitting eating donuts and cookies, no one else around, I must of disrupted their meal as they were rude and didn't want to get up and help assist me. When asking questions about my account all i got was i dont know. How do you not know how your bank works? Its your job to know! The manager had to get involved to resolve the issue. I find out a day latter that the manager of course did not do her job and i had to call customer severice to get my issue resolved. If you don't want to do the job don't apply for it! Woodforest has really gone down hill, at this point I'm looking to go somewhere else. To many issues and the employees are terrible.

This bank will rob you, I’ve used it 3 times MAX and I have a negative fee of $25 and when I called and asked about it they said I shouldn’t have even had that charge. Then continue to not do anything. I’ve contacted them 5 times only to be told they can’t shut my account down without their manager, who is NEVER there! I was told to come back Monday (I did) and they turned me away AGAIN!!! I’m worried my fees will keep going up the longer the account is open even tho I don’t use it !! And they are refusing to help me, shut it down or communication with them is impossible. The employees inside the Walmart Woodforest bank are rude and don’t know how to do their job. He had the audacity to say the fees were because I didn’t chose them as my main bank.

Erick or Eric I'm not sure how it is spelled but he has been our favorite bank teller for years now. He is such a sweetheart and always goes above and beyond to ensure we get everything we need handled

Absolutely worst bank around customer service Is terrible tried to get money out today and they said can't give money cause she the only one there bit they sit on the phone would be better off going to park national Bank this bank service is terrible would highly not recommend this bank
