“I like dollar tree i just didn't like how i bought something in a $1.25 section and it rung up as $3.00 they need to label stuff the actual price. alot of the stuff there doesnt have a price on it, anybody can put it anywhere and you can get confused on the price.”
“Family Dollar is a deep discount chain; so don't expect an upscale experience.
That said the small size of a Family Dollar makes it very convenient to run in and grab sometime you need like a box of pencils or a gallon of milk without making it an hour long trip.”

“I was at dollar general yesterday which would have been 9-11-2025 and this was the cleanest dollar general I have ever seen. The cashier was a young man he was so respectful and helpful. He even brought me one of those little basket so I wouldn’t have to carry my things I was going to buy around in my arms. The shelves were full and nicely organized like I was so amazed and impressed. So just wanted to give this store recognition they so much need it. So if you live in Kent Ohio and go to this dollar general store let’s make some noise and let this store hear some good things about them. And how we appreciate a nice clean respectful store. “My husband is diabetic, sometimes he doesn't pay attention to his sugar levels. Today, was one of those days. His sugar dropped to 54 which is dangerous for him. He stopped at this Dollar General and bought OJ. Lisa noticed he was slurring his speech and shaking, she asked if he was diabetic. He told her he was. She went out of her was to make sure he was safe. She went to the car to retrieve his meter. She then kept him in the store until he was at a safe level and his sugar was going up. In today's society where everyone is to busy and doesn't care about each other, I am so very thankful for this woman.”
