Have always enjoyed coming into this Subway, but for whatever reason, they won't accept ALL coupons now (only some). They say the system won't accept them. And the staff don't know how to do manual entry of coupons. Multiple times I've gone in with a coupon for Buy 2 Subs for the Price of 1, but the coupon mysteriously won't work and I pay full price. It doesn't appear that the owner reads or responds to these reviews, so it's falling on deaf ears. But beware and don't expect all of your coupons to work.

1 employee was friendly. The other was rude. Our pickup order wasn't ready on time and I had to go get in line and ask about it.

Customer service there is terrible. Slow pace, not friendly, didn’t say anything to me my entire order. Never will eat at this one.

If the front of the store, where the customer can see the food, isn’t clean imagine what the back of the store looks like. I want to go back here badly because of the convenience of location, but the food prep area is always filthy.

The one girl that works there is just strait up mean and rude. To the point where I had TRIED to order online so I don't have to actually interact with her.But after ordering online 3 times only to get there and then being closed I tried one more time and my order was wrong. One time she dropped a knife then kicked it across the floor and started slamming the metal bins on the counter. She slams the meat onto the sandwiches. She made a person who already had their sandwich started wait while she made my 3 foot longs. Today she told me and my fiance that we had to wait to order because she had 4 online orders. I get the feeling that I am a HUGE inconvenience to her. I am so confused as to why customer service isn't important to this store and the owners. I read a bunch of other reviews and at first I thought it was personal that for whatever reason she just didn't like me. But I see now that other people have had the same experiences... maybe customer service is dead.We left today but I usually spend at least 20-40 depending on what family members are eating. Then they want a tip before you even pick up an online order. And the credit card wants you to tip when you go in.

My wife and I went in and the lady asked us to wait while she finished another order, no problem. Then after five minutes she started our order. As soon as our sandwich came out of the oven another customer walked in. Instead of being asked to wait like we were, she left our sandwich to cool on counter while she built this new one only returning to our order after the new sandwich was built and in oven. Poor customer service.

Walk ins wait at least 15 mins. to even start to get a sandwich made, they cater to pick up orders it seems, every time I have been there it is the same, not going to even try to go to this location anymore, tired of the wait and the girl that always seems to be working is rude and seems bothered by walk in customers, no thanks, there are many other locations to go to.

The attitude of the woman that works here is awful. If you don't like your job other places are hiring you can find something else I'm sure of it. I placed a to go order and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. I understand there isn't enough help and sometimes when a big order comes in it can be tough and stressful, but her extremely rude and patronizing attitude doesn't help anyone. You walk in and feel like you're an inconvenience to her schedule. Sorry for wanting to be a customer at the place you work, didn't realize I was in the wrong for that. Will not be coming back here when I could just go to McDonalds across the street and get 2 cheeseburgers and not feel belittled. There are so many other Subways out there, you simply can't be rude to customers when there are a plethora of other options out there BOTTOM LINE!

Took my online orders twice, but the store was closed when I showed up to pickup, normal times like 5:30pm. They charged me said it was ready, feels like a scam or fraud, now I have to followup and try to get my money back, what a hassle for no reason.

The main issue with this location is the inconsistent hours. After having gone there a handful of times only for them to be closed during normal business hours, we won’t try anymore. Would highly recommend going to the other location on 59 instead as they are more consistent. Unfortunately, I’d recommend that Subway consider closing this Munroe Falls restaurant so that something better and more consistent can take its place.

Awful. lady there didn't listen to anything I said. And had to be told several times what to do. Only after listening to my gf repeat what I said 3 times did she even acknowledge her. Even though I was paying and ordering. I left didn't even get my order . And I still paid for my gfs food. Will NOT be back.
