Based on what we’d heard from people’s experiences with other car dealerships, we went in a little on edge and expecting to have a lot of pressure, which was not the case at all. Our salesman Troy was so calm and personable! He never tried to influence us one way or another when trying to choose our car, he just let us test drive until we made the decision on our own. They worked with us on price and trade in to get us the best deal. They were super accommodating the whole time, making sure to offer food or drinks, and never making us question anything. “This place was a major Blessing for me, Jeff did a phenomenal job, repairing my car after my first accident in 22 years, he completely replaced my front drivers side fender, and buffed out all of the scrapes and scratches on my bumper, and he touched up several other spots for me, and he even vacuumed and washed my car! And he did it all for like $800 dollars less then anyone else would! So he has a customer for life with me! “These are really great people at Stancoto's!! They got my car in very quickly after I called them, the next day I think. They did a fantastic job on replacing my carpeting after a milk spill/smell incident. I couldn't get rid of that odor. They also washed down & sanitized the whole floor, doors, (after they removed carpets, all seats & concole), well basically the whole interior was sanitized. They did a scan after finishing up the job to be sure there was no bacteria anywhere in the vehicle, put new carpet in & put it all back together. They even washed the exterior of my car.... I will definitely call Stancoto's again if the need arises.”
