I had a wonderful experience at Jackson Hewitt In Navarre, Ohio. The tax preparer was professional and answered all my question and concerns. Long time customers and we will not go anywhere else.

Very professional and able to help put all my tax info together so I had what I needed. This was an overwhelming process for me but they were very understanding and made sure everything was done correctly. The best thing is that they listened to my concerns and I did not feel rushed through the process. Highly recommend and will be going back.
